Visited here on a business trip, and thank god I wasn't paying. Food & Drinks were top class but the were definatly aimed at the Midle Eastern Clients. Service was awsome and the rooms were classy. Recomed stayong here once in your life (if you can justify the cost). Breakfast was £33, Beer $6.50 per bottle and a spirit and mixer over £15.

My wish list while planning a vacation has comfort, relaxation and a little bit of luxury as top 3. The Grosvenor House was up to the mark on all of them. We travelled as a family of 3 with our 3rd one being a 7 month old infant. From a fast and efficient check-in after a 60 minute ride from Heathrow to well laid rooms with all requests made at the time of booking being catered to, the hotel made us feel good about our decision to splurge. I was impressed by the size of the room which was a boon with an infant who wanted to crawl around. The bathroom was big, clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Room service was excellent even though the hotel was packed with guests. The daily buffet breakfast at the JW steakhouse was fabulous with a lot of options and staff that made sure we were well looked after. The hotel's location is superb with all major attractions being within a vicinity of 2-4 miles at max. Oxford Street was 5 minutes away so we were never away from having a quick shopping stroll in a lively area, although overcrowded most of the time! Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus and the up market Kings Road were also nearby. We did not use the London tube although the nearest Marble Arch station was only a couple of minutes away. The only let down at the hotel was the concierge service, which was not of great help. The desk was understaffed with long queues and by the time our turn came, the attendant was already irritated. Overall, a very satisfying stay. I would strongly recommend the Grosvenor House.

True marriott experience. Hotel is close to all the main attractions and one of the posh London districts and good property. The rooms were spacious, esp as per London standards and the service was wonderful. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive.

Luxury hotel so a bit expensive but worth it.

The breakfast needed some more options for vegetarians, didnt have a veg bread when I visited. But other than that all good

The first stop on a two week European Vacation. The room we were given at this hotel was awesome. It was awesome by American standards. Huge rooms...yes rooms. We were given a small apartment in the hotel. The bed was a real king size bed.

Walking distance from the Subway...mind the gap.

Great location, perfect way to start a vacation with a red eye on British Airways direct from BWI to Heathrow.

Caught the Eurorail train to Paris a couple days later. Best bet was to take a taxi to the train station.

This was my first stay and would certainly return again if I were visting central Lonson on business or even for a long weekend. Ther rooms are ample in size, clean and well maintained and the staff in general are very helpful and professional.
Certainly well worth considering for a stay in London and ideal base for shopping and sightseeing!

Stayed at Grosvenor House for one night and it was an absolute pleasure from the moment we arrived until we left. The doorman quicky organised our car to be parked and then we checked 3 hours earlier than the check in time. Our allocated room was not ready so they offered us a free upgrade to a suite which was a smoking room. We are both very anti smoking so asked to be shown the room before making a decision. A lovely girl from Guest Relations showed us to the room which was fab and we did not detect any traces of smoke so agreed to take the room.

They arranged for our luggage to be taken to the room whilst we headed to Shaftesbury Avenue and got on with our weekend!

The suite was lovely with a fabulous huge bed and luxury linen. Beautiful soft furnishings and elegant furniture made us feel very special.

The staff at this hotel are all extremely friendly and efficient in all areas of this hotel. They certainly go all out to make sure their guests enjoy their stay and boy - is this hotel busy! Full of overseas visitors and a few english whilst we were there and staff on hand to assist with enquiries.

A great hotel in a good location. Definitely recommend this hotel and want to come back very soon!

Five nights at Grosvenor House, nice and clean bedroom, attentive staff, specially front desk. Package included breakfast buffet style, good variety and quantity. Near tube station Marble Arch and near Oxford St., Hyde Park... Would recommend and visit again!
