Stayed here with the family for a weekend and had a great weekend. The staff were brilliant and even gave us a tube map on arrival which was fantastic as we had no idea of our way around London. The rooms were a decent size and the beds were huge and extremely comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located as it is right across from London Euston Station so it was extremely easy for us to travel around London. Would definitely stay here again for a short stay.

Staff fantastic, especially Joe the concierge wanted to bring him home...nothing was too much trouble. The room I upgraded and that was superb and the afternoon tea in the restaurant out of this world, with first class service again.
Will definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends.

Room Tip: 307 lovely room, quiet and dark despite being at the front..is a deluxe room with robes and slippers

Obviously aimed at the business traveller, this hotel has well equipped but compact rooms with only enough hanging space for a couple of changes of clothes. The hotel is located conveniently for the West End and other attractions but is not right in the heart of the noise of the city. We stayed for an overnight birthday treat and afternoon team in the restaurant was lovely.

Most important for me when I'm on business is a quiet, comfortable room - that's exactly what I got here. Spotlessly clean. Would have preferred a proper shower with tray and screen (hate the 'wetroom' option as everywhere then feels damp!)

Good choice for breakfast with efficient, friendly service (though lukewarm, tasteless coffee...)

Location (close to Euston) makes it easy to get anywhere from here.

Room Tip: Ask for one at the back or side of the building

Booked this hotel via "Amazon Local" (kinda like Groupon et al) and included dinner and breakfast for 2.
At no point did we feel like "budget" travellers. The service in this hotel was faultless, the room was smart and clean and the food was superb. The location is convenient for Euston, St Pancreas and Kings Cross, but room was blissfully quiet.
To avoid gushing, my minor niggles were 1) air conditioning irritated us both and 2) they do not supply weekend papers, but this is so minor, it did not detract from our weekend.
Whoever was chef on the evening of 23/02/2013 is truly worth a commendation.
Thanks all for a great stay!

Room Tip: Simple, but smart.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting London. Arrived late the first night and were greeted by friendly and efficient staff who promptly checked us in. Superior double room was compact and bijou but clean, quiet and comfortable. Wet room absolutely fine with powerful shower and nice heated towel rail. Flat-screen telly and wifi as well as tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Location very central and well served by tubes and buses for those who may be less keen to walk everywhere. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was one of the best we have had and the staff were consistently pleasant to us, particularly Ravi. Staff happy to store our luggage after checking out. We simply could not find fault at all and will be our hotel of choice for future London trips.
