The food is exceptional. The best Chinese I have eaten. In terms of service,it is low rent. We were moved table because it was too small. It was obviously to small when we got there. The restaurant moved us to a table which wasn't much bigger and actually pretty uncomfortable.

We persevered and enjoyed the great food. As soon as we were finished we were asked if we would vacate the table and move to the bar. We didn't want to. We were planning to leave quite soon after our food. This didn't stop them asking us a further 3 times to move.

This is a place that serves great food at a big price but they have no idea of how to create a special night. It has "no class"despite the places' obvious pretentions.

It is fashionable, full of beautiful people and many ugly rich ones too. It feels more like a nightclub when you arrive, with the doormen and there are loads of staff. However, for a place that employs so many people the service is "nippy". I suggest go elsewhere, get some intimacy and feel your custom is appreciated not just tolerated.

took a group here so we had a banquet! great food and service despite being so so busy! great cocktails too, but the food if you like Chinese food and your due a treat get here soon! it can be very expensive! but if your careful what you chose and avoid the soft crab dish which is super expensive you can eat reasonably

I recently went here on a recommendation from our hotel. When I first walked into this place, I was worried the food would be so-so (it seems to be very much a “scene”). We actually had a reservation at the other Hakkasan (there are two in London, be advised), but the Mayfair location was very helpful in getting us to the top of the wait list as well as offered to arrange a car for us to go to the other location. We decided to stay and after a quick 10 minute wait, we were greeted with one of their signature cocktails, and I knew things were looking up. The food was just amazing. The dim sum platter is a must. Also had the short ribs (yum) and the sea bass stir fry (AMAZING). Overall it was a great experience and the food was fantastic.

This is an upmarket eating place. Glitzy - fashionable - expensive - but so worth the experience. International wine list - fusion Asian food. Great professional service - a little place tucked away down an alley - the place with the brand new Rolls out the front - walk inside and be prepared to be dazzled! LOVE THIS PLACE!!
