we have been to this restaurant 5 times for the tasting menu and its superb flavours with great service. They have authentic flavours and the pasta seems to be handmade.
I am the type who always leave the fat on the plate and dont eat chicken skins but the pork belly is perfecto! I really admire the skill of the kitchen staff and how each dish complements each course after one another.
They change the menu according to seasons and you get a chance to try things that you normally world never eat - last time i ate a flower that was in my soup.
Those with bigger appetites might still be a bit peckish afterwards but they plates arrive in a pace which still give you enough time to digest the food in between.
