This premier Inn is right near the Belsize Tube station which was handy getting around the city especially to Camden Town. It has lots of restaurants and amenities right down the street.

The room was very clean and a good size and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was open til late downstairs which was good for me as I am no early bird. Staff in reception were very friendly with a nice sense of humour. It was easy to find and Myself and boyfriend felt very welcome.

Would definitely return.

Room Tip: We had the fifth floor which had a nice view although it was in the corner which did cut off some of...

Stayed here 5 times now as a family and couple. 10 mins to Leicester Sqr from Belsize Park tube opposite and you escape the bustle when you come back. Good bars and restaurants nearby and a short stroll to Hampstead. Staff are great rspecially Marissa who looks after you at breakfast. Staying here again layer in the year

Usual Premier Inn standard, mostly good but the odd niggle.
Good location for London visit with Tube station very close. Large and security car park.
Great bed with extra soft pillows. Clean bathroom with lots of light. Rather small though.
Requested high and quiet room so stayed in 509. Really quiet even thought the rooms were all full.
Had to wait quite a while at breakfast time and was a little disconcerting to see what looked like a homeless person slumped in the corner of the restaurant!
Staff all friendly but at times seemed to be " going through their script ".
Room was rather more expensive than I've had before but I guess that's all down to availability.

This hotel in North London has easy access to the tube as well as the shops and restaurants of Hampstead and Belsize Park. It is 20 minutes on the tube to Leicester Square. It is very basic but clean and the staff was friendly. It is also quite quiet by London standards. I needed two rooms and the price was about the same as a single room would have been in Central London, so it was good value.

The downside is that by North American standards it was spartan. The twin room beds were narrow and incredibly hard, though the linens were better than you would expect. We woke up with backaches and were stiff and sore basically for the entire stay. The staff added duvets under the sheets to soften the bed a bit but it was still a hard sleep. A request for pillows that were not as flat went unanswered. Don't expect great service. They often didn't answer the phone at the front desk.

Overall this hotel is a good value if you don't expect much in the way of service and hard beds don't bother you.

We found this hotel very good value at £70 per night. However I dont think it is worth much more. At times it can cost you approx £140 per night and in my opinion that is not good value.
The rooms are like the TV advert, clean with good sleeping and adequate washing arrangements although the toilets are a bit on the small side. Overall we were impressed given the price of £70. Would use it again depending on cost!

Room Tip: Higher rooms have less traffic noise.
