“Exemplary hotel”

I just returned to Canada after a 12 night stay at this hotel. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Great room, great staff, a fantastic location in an absolutely lovely part of London. Very nice to come "home" to at the end of a day of wandering the city. Lots of great places to eat right around the hotel and more if you stroll up the hill (10-15 mins) to Hampstead. A two minute walk to a tube station - Northern line gets you into central London in about 15 mins...maybe less. And it's only a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest Overground station - Hampstead Heath.
Great supermarket just down the street - Budgeons.
Finally, if you want a break from the mania that is central London, take a stroll around the neighbourhood. Lovely.
I've stayed in several different areas all over London over the years. This is, by far, the best place I've stayed.

This was everything you usually get, and expect, from a Premier Inn. We had a room overlooking the petrol station below but we never heard a thing and had a great nights sleep. We stayed here for three nights and thought the location was perfect. Easy to get into central london via the tube (station a 5 minute walk away) and near some nice (chain) restaurants nearby. I would certainly stay here again next time I'm in London it's cheaper to stay here out of the crowds and a nice area too.

Little tip, the breakfast is expensive but there's a bakery two doors down which serve fab pastries

I stayed here whilst I attended a training course in London. It was my first stay in a Premier Inn and I was very pleased with the experience. Yes, it was a little on the small side but the room was clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly, the tube was close by, as were shops and some places to eat. The street was not particulalry noisy. I would stay here again. Many thanks.

this was our second stay this year at this hotel. It was once again a very enjoyable stay. The room was spotless & the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in. This time we did eat at the hotel restaurant & it was money well spent. I would return to this hotel as it is a good base to enjoy London

Recently spent 2 nights here visiting my daughter in West Hampstead. The hotel was ideally situated between Belsize Park tube and Hampstead Heath overground so access to West Hampstead or the city centre was excellent. The room was functional if a little small, however, the bed was very comfortable and noise was not a problem, even though the hotel is situated on a busy road. All in all a pleasant experience. I did not use the restaurant so cannot comment on that. The staff were polite and helpful.

I guess you know what to expect with this chain. Poky is probably best way to describe the size of the room of this 'tired and in desperate need of a facelift' (demolish/rebuild?) hotel. Room certainly not somewhere you walk barefoot on the carpet! Bathroom was OK but also in need of upgrade. I was glad I only arrived at midnight for 6 hours sleep, shower and departure the next morning. Parking was a good plus of the hotel. Breakfast looked good enough; I just grabbed a bowl of fresh fruit.

Spent two nights here whilst in London for a family event. I couldn't fault it for the purpose. It was impeccably clean, everything worked, the staff were invariably friendly and polite. As others have written, it is incredibly well situated for tourism too, and has good cafes around if you don't want to eat in.
I didn't use the restaurant, but saw some of the breakfasts being served, and would have been happy to eat there.
I rarely stay in hotels, but have spoken to several other people since I returned who tell me they use Premier Inns regularly because they can guarantee a good standard. If I need to travel, I will too.
