Ver comfortable room and a good size and clean. The breakfast was delicious and dinner was child friendly and polite and friendly service. However our stay was spoilt by the noise of the disco music til 1am on both nights. On our arrival, we were warned about the noise but it's a bit lat when you are checked in to a hotel with 2 young children ! The family rooms were poorly situated near the noise of the disco !

Stayed here for one night as going out to Hammersmith Apollo.

Location was good and close to the tube, was not expecting much for the price as paid £90 for London at the last minute.

Room size was small but ok, but the room seemed quite dirty, with mould on the ceiling and old decoration, which made the room look quite dark and dull. We were on the 5th Floor at the front of the hotel and the traffic noise was quite load, also the walls were quite thin as we got woken up about 3am by an arguement in another room.

Overall I would probably not stay here again as could get better places in London for the same price. But ok if you get a cheap deal and just need soemwhere to sleep if you are going out in London.

'It is what it is', in that we only wanted a bed for the night, and it met the criteria for transport links and parking for our needs. Some may feel that the decor was a little dated in the rooms, and I have marked slightly down, as we didnt eat in the hotel.
We had a planned brunch in London on the day of our departure, but it you think you can save a few quid, and nip round the corner to the local Coffee outlet, you might be a bit disappointed, as its not a great range of shops by the Tube station. However, it did its job, and I would probably stay here again in similar circumstances for our visit.

Stayed here for one night in December 2010. Paid £90 for a standard double room with no breakfast on a non refundable basis.

Hotel is fairly easy to find, but it’s not at the location suggested by Google Maps, this is a block of flats. As you come out of Ealing Common Underground Station you need to turn to the left and the hotel is about a 5 minute walk along on the right hand side on the corner of two roads.

Check in was fairly swift, however, I was allocated the last double room and this was at 6.45PM on a Saturday, when you book you are booking for a “double/twin” not a specific double room so if you are desperate for a double room take my advice and don’t get there too late, especially when the hotel is likely to be full of couples (i.e. weekends) as opposed to solo travellers who are probably not so bothered about having a double room.

The room was quite small compared to other chains such as SAS Radisson, Holiday Inn etc but it was adequate for one night. Air conditioning and heating worked well. Bathroom was very clean and had a good sized bath and shower. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately there was a wedding reception going on in the hotel bar and as such there was loud music that could be heard until midnight. This could clearly be heard on most of the first floor which is where my room was located. The noise did stop at dead on midnight though. Not ideal though for those who want an early night.

Free WiFi worked without problem and there was a good strong signal in my room.

Checkout process was simple enough. Didn’t eat so can’t comment on the food. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Ealing or a short bus ride away.

Would I stay again? Yes but only for one night, if I was staying for more than one night would expect a larger room.

My brother and I stayed there to visit a concert in nearby Wembley. The receptionist who checked us in claimed that there were no busses or subways to get there, and that he would organize a taxi for £25 each way! Luckily, his replacement later on, when we asked again, told us that there was a bus right outside going to Wembley every 15 minutes for £2! The trip took barely ten minutes.
When we returned late that evening, there was no heat in the room, the radiator was freezing, with minus temperatures outside, and wafer-thin quilts on the bed. We rang reception, and someone came up, messed around with the radiator for a bit and assured us the heat would come on in an hour or so. Well, it never did. We could hardly get any sleep, it was that cold.
Next morning, when we complained to management, all we got was a feeble apology, not as much as an offer for a free cup of coffee or breakfast on the house, the bare minimum given our discomfort.
We were very disappointed, and I got a nasty cold after that night in the icebox of a room.
