We booked the Ramada when it was offering rooms at half price - so paid £70ish for a one night stay. We thought it was an excellent deal, especially being in London. The hotel is in Zone 3 of the Tube System and was located an easy 5/10 minute walk from the station.
We arrived at 11pm and first impressions weren't great. We thought that the hotel would have looked a lot better from the outside, but the décor in the reception/foyer improved our view a little. We got the the Check-in Desk to find 2 members of staff busy, not actually acknowledging that they had customers to check in. After a further 5minutes we were seen and checked in to our room.
On arrival to the room, we found a number of negative things. I can say that the décor was nice and homely rather than the bog standard plain white rooms that you can get in other hotels. unfortunately I could see numerous damp patches on the walls, mainly around the edges of the wall paper, as well as on the ceiling. There was a huge crack on the ceiling that had been covered over with a different colour paint so it stood out against the white. The bathroom was clean, with fresh towels, but the toilet seat was broken and could slide off to one side quite easily.
At half 11, we ordered room service - simple ice cream. When ordering, my Boyfriend was asked which flavours he would like, but was were only offered strawberry. it took half an hour for it to arrive - with a combination of three flavours instead! it was also a cash payment which we were not informed about until it arrived.
Also, no wi-fi in rooms! and the TV didn't work very well.
Wouldn't pay the full price for the room, and would prefer to stay at a locally owned hotel instead next time.

Stayed here for 1 night in December. Had trouble finding this hotel due to Google Maps being rather questionable (*removes swear word). But we gave them a call and they directed us to their location. 3 minute walk to metro station. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Free wifi was only available in the foyer (always people there using it). Very nice decor and large room, however we were put in a room for (what we assumed to be) a disabled person – alarm buttons everywhere, special railings and a shower seat in the shower (which we couldn’t move so showered around it). Otherwise was a nice room, quiet location, good value, would recommend for a short stay.

very pleased with our recent stay at the Ramada. Very friendly staff, and very helpful. Food was excellent, both breakfast and evening meal.
Very close to Ealing Common tube, making it easy to get into Central London. Good selection of bars and restaurants in Ealing, something for everyone.
Room was spotless, and comfy bed.
We stayed here to use as a base for a theatre trip, and shopping.
Highly recommended.

I have recently stayed at this hotel for two nights with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
To start with the check in took about 10 minutes as there was long queue with only two receptionists who often needed to answer the phone calls as well. However, Reem kept on eye contacting us which made us feel that we were acknowledged and apologised for the long wait so this has eased off the situation.
Secondly the door locks are tricky and annoying, so had to go downstairs and joined the queue again for another five minutes, once more Reem called a manger to help us but he seemed to be very busy to answer so she took the initiative and came upstairs herself to help us and called us after that to make sure that every thing was all right, so a big thank you to her.
However the hotel had a great location and it’s great value for money, all of the staff are very helpful and friendly apart from the noise housekeeping make early in the morning. The rooms are comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very delicious, the staff that was looking after breakfast were very vigilant to what’s missing on the buffet and constantly replenished it.

Stayed here for 2 nights, on a deal that included one evening meal.Easy to find. Parking on-site. We got a studio room-very nice. The food was excellent, especially the breakfasts. All hot and a good choice. Our room was near the road, which meant it was a little noisy but nothing to put us off booking again. For the price we paid we had a great stay and would book again.
