Stayed for two nights with my group.
Hotel in great location. Rooms clean with tea and coffee making in rooms.
We had evening meal that was cold due to hot plates not working properly, but for the next two mornings breakfast was still only warm.
Food was the only let down so hopefully when I take next group in September the problem would be sorted.
Hotel reception staff were also very friendly and helpful so well done to them.

Great location for this hotel (close to Hyde Park; 5 min walking from either Queensway and Lancaster Gate- Central Line tube stops), that represents a cost accessible option in this area.
Booking in advance you will do good deals: I paid less than 90 Euro per night!
Be aware that they are refurbishing the ground floor. This doesn't mean anything bad at the moment (no bother for the guests at all), but you can figure that, at the end of the works, prices could be affected by some sort of increase.

First time in London, hotel recommended by Delta vacations. Nice hotel, located close to the tube. Great front desk staff, very helpful. The room was small but I think stand in the UK. Very clean. The breakfest was excellant, they had it all. Room was located near the lift and was noisy. Would research for other hotels.

Room Tip: stay away from lift.

This is an excellent hotel if you plan to visit London and not stay in the rooms all day. The hotel is located in a quiet area on a secondary street a bit north of Kensington Gardens. The rooms have basic utilities and comfortable beds. Toiletries, towels, safe box and trouser press are available in rooms. The hotel was nicely furnished. Breakfast buffet was rich enough and tasted well. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, we booked a tour from the reception and everything went delightful.
European adapter was also available with a 5£ deposit. 24h Wi-Fi service was available throughout the hotel at a 5£ rate. Newspapers and magazines were available in the lobby.
The few downsides are that the hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the Lancaster or Queensway Underground station, the shower head was broken and water flow was annoying, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom (maybe you could've requested one at the reception) and the lobby area is being refurbished so it can get pretty crowded at the reception (not that big a deal).
All in all it was a great hotel with very good conditions.

The hotel is very close to two tube stations and Hyde Park, which is very convenient. The room was average size and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent- lots of variety and the quality was very good.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room had a musty smell which intensified as the weather warmed up. It wasn't a stale cigarette smell, more of a moldy smell. The dinner menu in the restaurant was limited and the food was just average. There is a pub called The Swan about two blocks away that has good food at reasonable prices.

Good clean hotel in superb central location. Nice friendly staff, clean rooms if a little on the small side. Staff were efficient and friendly. It was also very quiet .
On the downside there were refurbishments in progress during our stay on 27th May -13.
This meant having to ask for key to the toilet at reception when you were having a drink in bar or eating in restaurant which some people may find inconvenient- there was one guest room in the basement allocated for use as a toilet to guests.
There was no residents bar after hours, which might want to be factored in for guests looking for a drink after coming back from a night out at a show etc.
Overall, good value .

Room Tip: Rooms to the rear were very quiet.
