I found the perfect hotel - which did nt feel like a hotel more a beautiful old house. The staff were polite and helpful and we felt very welcome and at ease.
I had mentioned when I booked it was a special occassion and that we wanted a specially nice room - on arrival we were upgraded to a suite which was amazing a real spoil.
Cream tea in the library was delicious and cosy on a cold wet day and the hotel is in a fantastic location - intact rather a lovely secret I almost dont want to write the review!!!!

Room Tip: cant help was we were upgraded but I would imagine all rooms are lovely

Me and my mon spent mothers day by the fire at this georgous little hote. Beautiful food lovely champers like being at someones house! ... and a special mention to the concierge Ritchie who gave my mum and another mum sitting next to us a beautiful red rose which he claimed he stole from his neighbours garden lol! we shall be back!!!

Had two nights last week at no 11, just as great as before, love this place, so relaxing, lovely staff, great service, perfect position so close to Sloane Square but quiet and peaceful. Beautiful well appointed room overlooking the park with sitting room. Almost forgot I was working!

Great location just minutes from Sloane Square tube, and King's Road.
A cosy quaint SLH property. We took tea in the Drawing Room as our room wasn't quite ready, a very elegant room with sofas, tables and squashy chairs.
The hotel has lovely decor , dark and theatrical is how I thought of it.

The check in staff were pleasant and efficient, as was the concierge/doorman on our departure.

Our room was a suite, very large with two big windows and a juliette balcony. It was clean, but the cream carpets were quite stained. Bathroom small with separate bath and shower cubicle, but we felt it needed some TLC . It was very clean though. Plenty of Molton Brown toiletries.
Fluffy towels and robes provided.

Turndown service provided, as was water and a few peanuts in pretty packaging.

We had room service food which was prompt and of good quality, as well as being presented well.

Comfortable night's sleep, with a late check out provided by hotel.

Check out was easy and the bill correct.

I would return if the price was right.

Very charming property... Service on the weekend is minimal until managers return on monday... Internet is a real issue if you are on business...beautiful place but needs renovations....Could be much better... Good breakfast.
