In my quest to find an apartment short term in London, I have to find hotels day in, day out. This one I almost forgot I've been there. And in my opinion, that kind of defines the place.
- The staff was okay, not remarkably friendly, but polite and helpful.
- I asked for a quiet room and was given a ground floor, huge room, which was surprisingly quiet - I could almost hear my heartbeat, so that was cool too.
- My room was huge for what I paid, and given the location (in the same corner as the Natural History Museum, if my memory doesn't fail me), it's an even bigger shocker.

If you need a place to sleep, don't look further – that's the one. Now, if you like fanciness (I do, I confess), maybe you want to search elsewhere.

Nice and clean. Quick check and out next morning. We had a twin bedded room from which the word 'bijou' was invented, there are some clever designers about. How any one over six feet and 17stone fitted in the toilet was a miracle.

Room Tip: One night would be enough.

Had a dirty, tiny room on 7th floor. So hot and dusty. Filthy carpet and not enough room to turn around. Supposed to be double, but bed was only just bigger than a single. Bathroom had no shelves, so toiletries had to be kept on the floor which is not hygienic. The only thing in it's favour was the location. Price extortionate for facilities. Do not recommend at all.

The rooms are truly tiny and the toilet is also very small. The room was quiet considering its location.

The mattress could do with a change but the room were acceptably clean. The wifi was good.

I would suggest this hotel for very short stays and for those who don't use large suitcases, it simply wouldn't fit in the room.

The hotel is between South Kensington and Gloucester Road stations.

This hotel is well placed for the Royal Albert Hall and the many museums nearby, but not one to spend more than one night in as it is (at least my room was) - tiny! My wife and I stayed for a concert last week, and I've never seen such a small double room (Room 304) - anywhere. Bed (4'6") was comfortable enough though against the wall, and the room, which is at the back has little to view, was quiet. Tea-making facilities and a hair dryer are available in-room. There is about one foot of space at the bottom of the bed and the wall, and the room is approx 7'6" wide at the bed. The shower room is tiny also. If you are a larger person - or two larger people, or you have a lot of luggage, you might have difficulty sharing. This should only be a single room at most. Didn't eat in the hotel so unable to comment, but it is approx £7.50 for a continental breakfast. I'm giving it 3 stars mainly for it's location. I wouldn't be in a rush back, but would only bring a toothbrush with me as there's room for little else.

Room Tip: Avoid room 304 if you have a lot of luggage.

It's a small and simple hotel, but it's clean has everything essential and a great location. It is a good value for money.
The room that I had was simply decorated, but had all the d they essentials. It was a double room (twin bed) but for 2 people it might be a bit too small mainly because there is no space for the suitcases.
The bathroom had a small shower but it worked fine.

I stayed at the Eden Plaza for two nights on business.

It had everything you would expect for a budget 3* hotel: Clean room, modern bathroom, TV, tea and coffee, air conditioning. The room was very small, but I did not spend much time in it. If you have a lot of luggage it would be very small indeed!

The staff were friendly, the whole place felt safe and there were drinks and breakfast available downstairs if required.

It also offered free wifi which was a good speed, which is handy if you are on business.

For tourists, this is the perfect area to stay. There are lots of other hotels close by and it is a safe area. It is close to several tube stations (Gloucester Rd and South Kensington), is surrounded by lovely architecture and very close to the museums and Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Near South Kensington station there is an area with lots of bars, cafes and no cars allowed, it's a nice place to sit out on a summer evening.
