“We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Sept. 2013.”
Reviewed December 27, 2013

The room was small but we did ok. It is close to the Kensington station. The Science museum is across the street and Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace is within walking distance. The area is in a safe location. Our room faced the street at nite it was quiet but around 6am you would wake-up as you could hear the traffic. If we were to visit London again I would definitely stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were helpful with answering our questions. If we asked for directions they would direct us.

Fantastic stay in this hotel! It was exactly what we needed for our city break.

We stayed for three nights from 12th December at £79 per night. If you are looking for a luxuary hotel then this is not the hotel. However, if you are looking for somewhere to use as a base just for sleeping and washing at a fantastic price then this is the hotel for you!

The rooms is small as other reviewers have said but we found it to still be very comfortable, modern and extremely clean. To be honest the room was absolutely spotless and is probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the world. The bathroom is also nice and modern with an excellent shower.

The road outside is busy through the night, however we where so tired every night from our days sightseeing that this did not effect our sleep in the slightest.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to store our luggage there on check out as our train home was not until 21:30 that night.

However, the best thing about this hotel is the location. It is situated directly opposite The Natural History Museum (our room looked out onto this), a short five minute walk from South kensington Tube satation. There is so much going on round there you will not get bored. There are loads and loads of shops, cafes and restaurant and is also only a 15 minute walk from Harrods and Knightsbridge. The area is frankly beautiful, full of life and feels very safe. I do not beleive you will be able to find a nice, comfortable, clean hotel at such a reasonable price with this amazing location anywhere else in London.

Next time we visit London, I will not even have to think about booking another hotel. This is simply perfect for those planning a busy city break who are just wanting a hotel to use a base for the duration of your stay.

I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel in a very nice area of London which is located about a 3 minute walk from Gloucester Rd tube station and about 5 minutes from South Kensington tube station.

The hotel is on the corner of an intersection with the Natural History Museum diagonally opposite. Harrods, Victoria and Albert museum and the shops of Knightsbridge are all within a 10-15 minute walk. It's a very nice area and the tube stations provide easy access to the rest of London. I used to get breakfast at some nice cafés near South Kensington station although the hotel does offer a continental breakfast option.

The hotel room was small, barely room to lay out my suitcase but having said that room was comfortable and clean, with a safe and free wifi. The bathroom was a tad small and the area can be noisy during the night with traffic.

For the price I paid I was happy with the hotel and would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for the price only £79 for night which was great for the location, from here we walked to Harrods, Hyde Park and Oxford Street although coming back we did catch the tube as the old legs were aching.
Rooms were very small as we had already seen on here (don't think our double was 4"3 more like 4ft) but very comfy, clean and tidy.

Room was recently decorated, new beds and furnishings, new bathroom. For the location, the room rate was excellent value. There was noise from the busy road outside, but this is what you expect in Central London.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights from Nov 5th to 10th. The room with a double bed was small but adequate with nice bathroom/shower and desk space. The location is without any doubt, excellent - close to buses, underground train, and museums. The check in was quick, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. They gave us map and directions without any hesitation. The continental breakfast in the morning was excellent. We recommend this highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Eden Plaza, as we were watching the wimbledon final the next day. The taxi driver drove us down a brilliant road and arrived at the eden plaza. The room was clean, but quite small. However a big room wasn't necessary for our stay. The breakfast was tasty, but not much on offer. Yet overall it was a great stay
