Beautiful location - quiet and close to the train station. Our room was spacious and clean with a double bed, a single bed and an ensuite bathroom. Buffet breakfast was delicious! Only faults were that the room was quite warm and had no airconditioner & wifi was only accessible in the lobby for a fee. Overall good value for money!

A very nice, cosy hotel. The location was very good. Few minutes away from the metro station with many options around. Clean and quiet. We spend few days there during Christmas. The breakfast was pretty good as well.

The best part is this hotel is really close to the crowd ... the gift shop, restaurant, minimarket, pub even the underground - all you can reach in less than 10 minutes.... And talking about the hotel, the room at the basement are okay basically, but try if you can avoid room number 33 and 35 - where you have to give more power if you want to close the door from outside ... the room is not bad... the breakfast was okay... the lobby a little bid small... the lift was okay.... but they do have to change all the couch and the chair - that is one thing for sure ....

Room Tip: please try to get the room start from room number 71 - above ...

Stayed there 3 night in a tidy clean room facing the Princess Square. Rooms in generell silent facing the backward or even front (the square). Breakfast offeres various choices. Bays Water Tube station about 10 min walking. Unfortunately Wifi is chargeable and a fee of 2 UKL/hr and only available in the lobby and restaurant. Was well lugagge storage is chargeable by 1 UKL per piece. Little strange. Anyhow when back to London I will stay there again

Room Tip: upper floors back yard

Room was ok - if small and why would you want to climb over the bed to open curtains windows ????? Despite advertising they had upgraded the whole hotel felt grubby and dated. Anyway it was ok as a stop gap and convenient location - once I'd found it with the useless directions from the hotel. Breakfast as lots have pointed out was the worse I had experienced in a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

the room we were allocated was reasonable but it took forever to get any hot water out of the shower or sink my main bone of contention however was the appalling breakfast
stale bread inedible scrambled egg unbelievelably NO bacon no fried egg no mushrooms stewed tea ,why could they not provide tea bags and hot water.i ended up just having cornflakes.i have never ever stopped in a hotel before that did not provide bacon it`s the main ingredie
nt of an english breakfast should be had under the trade descriptions.my advise is don`t go there
