This attraction is well worth a visit. Access for disabled people is available one career is admitted free. The bunker itself with the attached museum was a fascinating look at the history of Churchill and the part the bunker he and his staff played in the war. The museum attached was full of artefacts and information on both Churchill and his part in the war. Some of the exhibits are amazing especially where they have put windows in the walls so that you can see what it would have looked like in the forties

Ensure you leave plenty of time to soak in all the exhibits at the Churchill War Rooms. The display is well laid out, informative, interesting and simply excellent. Reasonably priced to enter, audio sets provided, clean toilets available and easy to locate. Well worth visiting.

We had purchased a London Pass so we did have to stand in line about a half an hour. We actually spent over 2 hours once we were inside. Fascinating and so special to see things as they were during such an important time in history. The extra attraction of the Churchill museum was so interesting and gave a great insight into the man. Audi guide was very informative.

Wow is an impression you will have a lot in this museum. Almost in its condition as it is left behind after WOII. A unique look at how and where Churchill spent a lot of time in that War. Many rooms and maps which you can see that gives you a real look at where the war was being fought and numbers at positions were people got killed. Unbelievable.

My husband and I are both history buff especially WWII so this was on both of our must see. We arrived at the entrance on a rainy Sunday our second day in London. There was quite a line to get in. My husband was reluctant to join the line but I insisted. We did end up waiting in line for 1 1/2 hours some of it in the drizzle. We got to know the couple behind us quite well. The line tends to move slowly since only a limited number of people are allowed in at one time. However it was well worth the wait. We spent over two hours in the war rooms. Once you enter you will be given an audio tour that guides you through the underground bunker past war cabinet rooms, living quarters, the communications room and the map room a lot of it undisturbed since the end of the war. Part of the tour will take you into a museum dedicated entirely to Churchill. The amount of detail, trivia, artifacts and mementos from Churchill childhood to the newsreel of his funeral is simply fascinating. Like so many museums there is just too much to absorb, but this museum presented all the information in such a manner that you never felt overwhelmed and that you were actually learning and remembering. Churchill really made an impression on me.

For those that have seen the movie Darkest Hour...this takes you through the war rooms where Winston Churchill commanded during World War II. Very interesting. Lots of history about not only the war but of Winston Chuchill prior to becoming Prime Minister.

I definitely recommend visiting the Church Hill war rooms. You can see the War Rooms set up how they would have been during the war and you get a sense of what it would have been like if you had to stay there. The museum is full of information with so much to take in! They don't over crowd either which is good! Worth the money!

Situated in the beating Heart of London near The Houses of Parliament, Horse Guards Parade, Whitehall, Downing Street and not forgetting Big Ben, currently undergoing serious renovation, visiting here takes you back to WW11 and just how cramped the whole War Office with Churchill and his Civil Servants and the many Allied Officers experienced as they ran operations for WW11 from here.

As we oft times say of all our fallen British Soldiers and our Allies, we will always remember!

The best museum in London. Untouched and unchanged since 1944, this reminds how close we were to lose our world and how much we should cherish it nowadays.
