Well worth a visit to see this relatively unknown relic of WWII. Churchill's secrets revealed ... and close to Westminster Cathedral too.

So much information and all of it so fascinating. I think we will have to go back again because I am sure we did not absorb it all.
The setting up of rooms as they were during the war was so helpful in creating a real sense of what went on. Must see!

the war room areas are a well preserved piece of history. postings of information/memories of people who worked there during the war were fascinating. excellent museum about Churchill's life. came away knowing a lot more about WWII and life in London during the war.

Very interesting for anyone who even has even a remote interest in history. The War Rooms are well preserved and the audio is very well done. this one of the very best things we did in
London.
