Stayed overnight but we were able to leave our luggage all day. Very convenient for all serious shoppers and ideal for the V&A and Science Museum. Kensington Garden a short step away.
A good breakfast buffet included. The room was small but a huge and comfortable bed, airconditioning, tea and coffee facilities and well stocked bar fridge.
All staff very friendly and helpful.
The bar was very pleasant.
Definitely use this one again both for convenience and reasonable price.

Room Tip: rooms were small but book the best you are willing to pay for, I feel all standards will be good.

The Rembrandt is very well located for most of the London Museums and is two minutes walk to the Underground, Circle and District line, so you can just about reach most of London's attractions.
Our purpose was to visit an exhibition at Olympia, which was only two stops on the underground.
The staff on reception were friendly and efficient, although, the young lady looking after us, could not pronouce"Worcestershire" correctly. The room 175 was allocated but one of the radiators was not working and the room was extremely cold. I was able to turn the smaller radiator on which produced heat.

Having travelled from Worcestershire that day by train, we decided to have an early dinner. There was only two other people in the restaurant. We were disappointed again that the restaurant was cold, it did not appear to have any heating on at all. The food was average although the service and staff were good. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choice. The hot breakfast was good too.

Service in the bar area was also good. All the hotel needs to do is to ensure that they get the temperatures right in the room and restaurant.

We stayed in two rooms for 6 nights in the Rembrandt hotel in Jan/Feb and enjoyed a convenient and wonderful location. The hole rooms were good size and very clean and were serviced daily. The rooms included breakfast which was decent. The location was walking distance to tube, bus, tourist buses and lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is really in a very nice and central location with a lots of options in your doorstep. Hotel staff were nice and helpful too.

Perfect location for exploring London. Second visit to this hotel. Excellent for V & A as you are at the head of the queue for ticket sales and a few minutes to tube station. Chose larger more expensive Club room for more space and wasn't disappointed. Staff friendly and helpful. We will stay at the Rembrandt again

The hotel is handy for many tourist locations and is good quality. For business near to tube giving access to City or Heathrow. Better than most of the tourist hotels, this has a good standard of dining, though near other restaurants also. Most bedrooms very well appointed and spacious, with free Wifi etc. But rooms on top floor much more cramped and desperately in need of refurb. Breakfasts very good. Would recommend it, having tried a number of others in the area.

We recently stayed at The Rembrandt combining a business meeting with a birthday celebration. We have stayed at this hotel many times and never been disappointed. The location for me is perfect as it is close to the tube station and a short stroll to Harrods, Harvey Nics and The V & A Museum. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We requested a quiet room on a high floor away from the lifts and got exactly what we asked for. Breakfast is plentiful and I asked if I could take mine to eat in my room as my husband had already left for his meeting. The member of staff laid out a tray for me and offered to carry it to my room for me! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to London.

Room Tip: Rooms on higher floors and away from the lifts are quieter.

Had a Friday night stay for a reasonable price, and got a free upgrade on arrival. Premises were clean, and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful. Location was fantastic, walking distance from the shops on Kings Road and for National History Museum etc.

Only down side was we hoped we could use the pool and spa facilities as a guest free of charge but there was a fee (of £8 or £9 I think).

Room Tip: ask for an upgrade!
