I booked for just a night at the Reem hotel on the 8th of Feb for a stay on the 18th of Feb . I tried checking in but guess what , they had no double room , even though i had booked well in advance and no one bothered contacting to inform me of the issue untill i tried to check in.

They did offer a twin room but of what use is that , if i wanted that i would have booked a single ! R|eally terrible experience , i had to leave to find somewhere else at the very last minute after taking the trouble to get all the way there . I never did get to sample the facilities but the customer service is just so below par . I certainly would NOT book there in the future !!!

Room Tip: If you must book this hotel , then i guess you need to call each day to ensure you have the specific...

Visited for an overnight break and to take in a show. The hotel was easy to find and gave easy access by foot, bus or tube to all the attractions. For the price it was good value. Our main criteria in booking was to find a hotel that provided full English breakfast and that it did.
As other reviews have said, our room was small but comfortable. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.
The price is right!!

Stayed here 7th feb for the night as we on a theatre trip to London for my birthday. Arrived and was told we couldn't check in till 2pm when all paperwork said 1pm. Explained that it was my birthday and we had plans as we where only here for the day and needed to freshen up and get out. Was told to come back in an hour nothing he could do. After phoning the trip company ( which took 35 minutes) they said go to hotel they have it wrong you CAN check in at 1pm they can't say no. So went back and was given the room straight away and told they must have wrong details. The room if you can call it that was no bigger than a shoe box. Two people struggle to get in door and then u are straight to bed area. A tiny double bed ( just under the size) against the wall can't get to end of it so u have to climb over the bed to get in. Then I would say from the bed to a single wardrobe with no doors it's about 2 steps. You have a tiny table with kettle which is VERY dangerous as it is fixed to table with the spout facing you ????? Then a tv hung on the wall which you have to crane your head up to see. There is also a phone hanging on the by a screw which fell off in the night at hit me on the head I wasn't happy. It's old needs a good clean and paint and it's very cold no heating in the room you can put on. If you don't like tight spaces then DON'T come here. On a plus the bayswater tube station is only a 5 minute walk and there are loads of shops pubs burgerking within a 5 minute walk.
I wouldn't return here it is more like a 2 star as the whole place needs painting cleaning and some repair work doing. Stay at a travellodge or premier inn there rooms are 4 or 5 times bigger ( i think they could even be bigger than that) in good areas and well decorated for same price.
Waste on money coming here bad staff didn't care it was my birthday and we had traveled along away for one night and they were causing stress and problems.

We had as a family a triple room during Xmas vacation. PROs: Free internet and buffet breakfast, personnel approachable, very comfortable Hotel's position with tube and restaurants. CONs: small room as usual in the centre of London for that price, one day there was a disappointing small leakage of water from the above floor.

This hotel was chosen because of its location and because of its competitive price. So, not expecting much I wasn't disappointed. The staff were courteous and the continental breakfast adequate (full English at extra expense). However, the room stayed in was very small and cold. No double glazing and during the snowy weather the en suite was warmer than the main room. Thankfully extra blankets were available and it was only a room for sleeping in for one night!
