We only stayed one night and it was very busy. Good location about 5min walk from the tube. Our room was very small but clean, the beds were not great and no free wi-fi. We had to wait for breakfast 15min as it again was busy but they offered orange juice as we waited.

Room Tip: Go for higher room as better views

We stayed at this hotel on a Saturday night to enable us to be within walking distance of Earl's Court where we were going to see George Michael that evening.
We were apprehensive of the size of the hotel -900 rooms but on arrival check in was quick and friendly. Our non smoking room was on the 27th floor and although quite small was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and good facilities. There was complimentary fruit and water by the lift and no complaints so far.
We had a quick meal in the hotel's English Pub and that was very good, but as it is described as an English pub it was odd to see streamed American sport on all the screens.
We walked to and from Earl's Court and enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar when we returned.
We slept well and made good use of the tea and coffee provided in the morning.
We went down to breakfast at 9.30and had to join the queue, but were taken to a smaller room where there was a limited buffet available. The breakfast was adequate but the toaster was an antique and very slow and some of the food was luke warm. The coffee was good.
Check out was simple and quick.
We have stayed in Holiday Inns before and this one was of the expected standard.
An easy walk to the V and A and the Natural history Museum.
We would stay here again.

Room Tip: a great view from level 27

Excellent location for short stay in London. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a great view. All staff members extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The baggage room attendants and their system was excellent. The only negative's no free wi fi, and the price of breakfast. Plenty of good cafe's within a 5 min walk from hotel though which offer full range of good quality breakfasts at a much cheaper price.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 17th floor have awesome views.

I stayed for 2 nights. Air conditioning makes a continuos noise of a steam train. I got moved once but as you guessed the next noise made this continuos horrendous noise.

Duty manager did his best, and did everything he could, so I ended up with ear plugs!!!

Room was clean and tidy. Beds we not the best, soft and uncomfortable
Breakfast was ok if you like basic breakfast

Below average hotel. Not a comfortable experience

Not enough outlets in the room and poorly placed, not one by the bed. Everyone (almost everyone) has a cell phone and likes to plug it in by their bedside. The bar service was slow, adn drinks were expensive and tasted like water. Maybe the beer is better, but the martinis were aweful. I really expect a bit better by a newer hotel, the lobby is great. We stopped by for some coffee to go, greated warmly by the manager, walked up to the counter and the person at the coffee bar ignored us, and kept counting her drawer...no smile and just a minute, or anything. Went to a cafe by the tube station. Hotel is ok, but there are much better in London. its all about service, and this hotel needs to take lessons.
