Fantastic hotel. All the staff were lovely and very helpful. Food was great and the rooms were gorgeous. Only complaint was the hotel was boiling hot! But the staff were more than happy to but the aircon on and we could open the windows in our room. Great atmosphere!

We really like the style and atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was a little noisy at night. We certainly will check your hotel for our next trip to London again. The staff at reception and concierge was very friendly!

I stayed here for two nights on business and found the rooms very clean with everything I could need for the stay. One point on the wifi - its a bit complex to logon , something simpler please. The concierge on my first night was extremely helpful (Polish guy I think). He recommended and booked a French_Japanese restaurant for a client dinner and they all thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant was good but service was a bit slow at times - apparently the chef was receiving a delivery, and at lunch I ordered a dish and got a completely different one. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and eager to please though. Overall though I would recommend this hotel and would return and use again for business and pleasure

The room was excellent, but the temperature in the room at night and in the morning could have been better. We had the degrees at18 and the aircondition at the maximum, but it wasn't enough. It was bad air.It was shamed that we couldn't open the window or the door to the balcony because if the noise from the road. And I missed more variety at the breakfast.

Only used the restaurant, did not stay in hotel. Superb building, very comfortable and inviting restaurant, good varied menu, staff were very helpful and provided excellent service, food was well presented, well cooked and very tasty, thank you very much.
If the restaurant was anything to go by I should think staying there is wonderful.

Great little hotel in a lovely spot, good food, friendly staff, comfortable non-hotel chain rooms and so close to The Royal Albert Hall, I have used it for business stays and family trips, one to use again and again !

We stayed here after a gig at the Royal Albert Hall - I think I went for the luxury double - nice sized room and a nicely decorated bathroom with shower over a double ended bath (great for us, but if you're not so nimble on your toes, you could struggle to get in)

Good Points:

A shower with a water pressure that my husband says he has only dreamt about!
Very close to Royal Albert Hall
Coffee, tea, biccies and water all available in the lounge to the rear of the hotel
Quiet location (room 203 which we were in is at the back of the hotel, facing onto a quiet side street)
Lovely beds and bedding
Reception was friendly and efficient

Negative points

No tea or coffee facilities in the room (yes, you can go to the lounge which is what we did - but it would be nicer in the room!)
Food after 11.30pm seems to be only available to be served in your rooms - but the bar is still open!
Breakfast is (to our eyes) expensive, so we opted for a brunch at a nearby place.
