it is good located in the center.rooms are small especially shower etc.
not very light because of very small window. the hotel has too many rooms . if you go for breakfast at 08.00 it is overcrowded. choice is limited as well

Room Tip: too small for staying during the day

We've had some poor experiences with hotels in London and to be honest this one is far from being the worse. It is very conveniently located in Charing Cross and the price is ok for London. However, it is a very tired looking hotel in serious need of refurbishment. The rooms are tiny, noisy and not very clean.

It was bearable for two nights but I will definitely keep looking for better alternatives on my next stay.

Primark lovers, you would be thrilled to have your beloved store just a skip and hop away from his hotel.

Location- On the other end of busy Oxford Street which is equally bustling with life. Tottenham Court Road tube station which is a few steps below the hotel. Sainsbury Local is also literally across the hotel, if having a supermarket is an important criterion.

Price- Quite reasonable having paid around 100pounds per night. For the accessibility and short distance to main shopping areas, this is alright.

Rooms- Booked 3 rooms for the family but mine was fortunately the spacious one. Highly because we had requested for a baby cot and this would mean extra space was essential. Quite dated rooms which have seen better days, to put it honestly. Could do with new bedsheets as the current striped ones were.. err.. almost tacky? But no issue for us there. Cleanliness was also not an issue, acceptable for many, i can safely say.

Staffs- Not so much to say but no negativities either.

To get to the reception, you have to climb a few steps up. Seems fine but wait till you have 1001 luggage and kids to handle at the same time, it can become chaotic. Of course they had concierge to help you out but out of the 4 days, we only saw the guy only once? Can't blame them, the hotel can get very busy. They have that "lift" or whatever you call it, to assist with heavy stuffs up to reception level. Tried it once but trust me, you are better off with the stairs! It was oh-so-s.l.o.w!

Didnt opt for breakfast so no comments. But i love the fact that they have a complimentary ice vending machine at the lift lobby.

Will come back to this hotel in a heartbeat! Like my title suggests, Primark galore!

I stayed at St Giles hotel London for 2 nights. It's in a great location right next to Tottenham court road tube station. We could walk to most places we wanted to get to such as covent garden and Leicester square. The hotel itself was fine. The room was a decent size and clean. The beds were comfortable and the noise was minimal. Will stay there again next time I'm in London.

Room Tip: We we on the 7th floor and the lifts were a bit of a pain to get during busy times. Maybe ask for a...

St. Giles is perfectly located. Close to Soho, Shopping, Oxford Street and underground.
The hotel is quite large and the rooms are small with small Windows. The breakfast is ok, but "cafeteria" like with selfservice and very busy.
3 stars are given for the location.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room.

As a last minute booking it was reasonably good value especially for the location. Room well equipped if a little tight, but within walking distance of all central attraction. nb Have to pay a lot extra for wifi, and breakfast, but some really good cafes nearby at less than half the price.
