This hotel is all about location. It's really perfect in that sense.
The bar is also something that is really good here.
The rooms are rather small and worn. We had a smelly one, but it worked fine to sleep in.
Breakfast is 9,95 and okey. The breakfast area is not wery funny though.

But in the end - it's all about location.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the street.

This is fine if you have a very busy schedule and just want somewhere in a central location to sleep. Otherwise, it's pretty basic in terms of breakfast and size of rooms. The chances are you will be able to find somewhere better if you want anything more than a bed for the night.

One moan is the booking-in system. It really is very slow and the hotel staff look so miserable. Cheer up, people, and welcome your guests!

Room Tip: Be prepared for delays when you arrive as it may take a while before you get your key card.

If you off to the theater, shopping or sightseeing this hotel is ideal for you.
We spent 4 nights here as we had 2 shows to see.
The hotel is close to Tottenham Court Road tube so is easily accessible from all the mainline train stations. Also good tube connections to all the main tourist sight seeing areas.
Although we found the room small, as we only spent limited time in the room (sleeping, changing, etc) so it was suitable for us. If you like large luxury rooms this is not the place for you. The beds were comfy and we had a good nights sleep.
The bathroom only comes with a shower which is bit of a tight squeeze. Not suitable if your on the larger size.
There is a gym and pool attached to the hotel which is accessible from the hotel. Token machine in the hotel lobby.
The hotel has 4 lifts but we found we had to wait a long while for them to arrive, many people used the stairs as it was quicker.

Firstly location is excellent, 50 yards away from Tottenham Court Rd tube station.
Check in was very busy when I arrived around 10pm which was surprising. There seemed to be plenty of staff stood around doing nothing which was irritating but I was seen to after 5 minutes or so, so not a massive problem. Check out was quick and painless though. Staff friendly enough.
The rooms are typical London hotel rooms, very expensive for what they are, quite basic, in need of a lick of paint but clean & practical.
Had dinner in the Sage & Chilli restaurant which was ok, I had the chefs recommended dish according to the menu which was very average, but tried my colleagues stir fry dish which was very good and if I go back, I'll definitely be having that!
Breakfast in VQ24 was very good, although the portions were not very generous, and given how much I like a full English, I much prefer a buffet style!
I would stay here again, but in London, there's so many options, it would hurt to look somewhere else in the search of a hidden gem (which may not exist!)

Stayed 2 nights and had a comfortable stay.Staff very friendly. Single room could only be single as there wasn't enough room for 2 people, very cosy!!Bed comfortable, room clean, bathroom very compact and the sink plug did'nt stop the water escaping, frustrating shaving and the light in the bathroom is in the ceiling behind you. Woken up the first morning with music playing from somewhere below at about 6am.

Room Tip: Was on the 3rd floor, perhaps being higher would have reduced the noise.

We stayed in this hotel while doing a theatre break . Excellent location for the theatres and shopping . The rooms are small but perfectly formed . Very handy for the tube . We would definitely stay again .

I stayed here on a work trip, arrived late in the evening but no problems checking in. My room was fine, bed comfortable, room warm. It had just been repainted so the fumes were a pain, but not too bad. Breakfast was good, no worries there. The price was exceptionally good, especially given the central London location. Definitely on my "go back to" list.
