A few colleagues and I stayed here a few nights ago. The biggest compliment I can give this hotel is its location- right in the centre of London on the end of Oxford Street. However I can't say the hotel itself was fantastic. The place is pretty tired and dated and incredibly busy. The check-in process takes a very long time. Our rooms were on the Roof Terrace which is on the 12th floor however it takes 2 lifts to get there and the whole floor looks like it's under construction. In addition the restaurant for breakfast requires you to go through a maze of passages just to get to it and has a set menu.
