I've used this hotel several times for business. Excellent rooms, excellent staff, great breakfast and it's well located to all things you would need to do while you're in London and it's only 5 minutes walking distance from Oxford street and any public transportation to any place u would need!
Perfection!
It was alSo my first time to fall asleep in no time in a hotel!
Keep the great work up!

nice place, 100 yds to traf square and 100 yards to Leicester sq the other way. Comfy beds, nice decor, clean and tidy. Staff really friendly and breakfast if buffet style but good (even though chairs and tables were a little too cramped in). Omlette station at breakfast.
Slightly on the expensive side (though not in comparison to others) as in centre of London but worth you have to expect that.

This will be a short review but everybody has already said it: great location, SUPERB Front Desk staff as well as Dining Room and Bar, quiet, quiet, quiet, excellent A/C (pushes out cold air and doesn't make a noise). Executive King was large for one person but I'm worth it! Found out Executive Kings on lower floors have more room than Floors 5-6. I stayed in a room on both 5 and 3, and 3 (a corner room) was larger. Loads of restaurants (on Irving Street, or Chinatown and everywhere else (try Bel Canto, an opera restaurant a short taxi ride away for excellent entertainment and food). Go, go, go!

Stayed on wifes birthday as part of London weekend and this was definitely a good idea. Great location for theatre and restaurants in Covent Garden. Upgrade to a suite (no prompt from me!) from the best reception staff I've encountered in a long time. Will definitely return soon, no point looking elsewhere.

Central location, very close to Trafalgar Square, Convent Garden and Picadilly Circus. Excellent to explore the city. However, it does pay off to take an executive room type, in the standard room the bed is only 140 cm, which might just be a little cosy if you are travelling as friends, or just if you don't enjoy sleeping too close together. The overall look an feel of the hotel is very nice, modern and clean.

Room Tip: Go for the executive room, it's well worth it!

Just returned from a 2 night stay here with my sister, a treat for her birthday. Cant think of anything negative to say about this hotel. Location fantastic 2mins from Trafalgar Sq., Leicester Sq., in the centre of theatre land, round the corner from Her Majesty, s Theatre and The Comedy Store both of which we visited. 30min stroll to the London Eye. We had room 302 a corner room on the 3rd floor with windows right around the whole corner (no view though just rooftops) we weren't bothered as we were not spending all day there. Room was spotlessly clean, buffet breakfast was lovely, omlettes made in front of you if required. All staff from reception, to restaurant, to porter, to cleaners couldnt do enough to help you, even found a birthday card and box of chocs in room. As it was really hot the AC was brilliant, no fridge though. We had a super king size bed it was massive. Thoroughly enjoyed our couple of days and hotel, will definitely choose this one when I return. We did have to ask someone for directions to find it. If you get off the tube at Leicester Sq. leave via exit 1 to be honest I would get off at Charing Cross the exit brings you out on Trafalgar Sq. If you face the Nat. Gallery and go up the steps of the square turn left pass the entrance to the gallery this is on your right side (black walls). Turn right when you reach the corner of the gallery you are looking in the window of the gallery gift shop. The hotel is just up the road a bit on your right.

Room Tip: Only stayed the once, room 302, big walk in shower but no bath if you like one. We had no problem wi...

I stayed here last week whilst on business. It's a really nice hotel - looks a bit dated from the outside but inside it's really modern and comfortable. The location is fantastic. We drove into town and parked up overnight at a Q car park at Trafalgar Square but there is an NCP right opposite which would be better. We arrived early on Thursday and enjoyed a few beers on the terrace bar at street level. When we left on Friday we opted for breakfast (£12 and a good selection so good I think for this part of town).

Room Tip: Higher the better!
