This hotel is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.
+: the location is exceptional, between the National Gallery and Piccadilly Circus
-: at £300 per night I expect a minibar in the room, Or at least a complimentary bottle of water next to my bed but apparently they do not do minibars except for suites. Seriously? I was told to ask room service should I want to dring something. Sure at £5 the coke + £5 the room service that's £10 the coke, more expensive than in St Tropez.
-: Had a double room, was alone, was expecting a double bed not 2 single beds put together.
-: Had requested a breakfast at 8am. Was woken up at 7.35 by the room service!!!
Overall not what I am expecting when I'm paying £300 a night or for a 4 stars.More
