We had stayed here before as it is so centrally located for theatre visits, with the National Gallery on the doorstep. Our room was upgraded (at a small additional cost ) and we slept in great comfort in the kingsize bed! The outstanding aspect of the hotel, for us, was the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff.
We shall certainly stay again.

Room Tip: Have a room on the south for peace and quiet.

Dear 649sonia

Thank you for taking to the time to post your feedback.

I was delighted to read how much you enjoyed your 4 night stay and especially the kind comments on the friendliness of the team. I was also pleased you found our executive room and the super king-size bed so comfortable. We will all look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Kindest regards

Richard O'Riordan

The hotel is a stones throw from Leicester Sq, China Town, Soho and the Theatre district so it makes great stop off for a quick London break.

The room was very small but perfectly equipped, very modern and very clean, Check=in was an ease and no hassle, I was offered a bigger room for a price but as we were only there 1 night we declined, if the stay was any longer then I would suggest a King Size room.

I didn't use any hotel facilities but all looked to be very good and clean. I am looking for a return trip early next year and I will defiantly book again.

If you want an affordable tidy hotel, near London's main attractions, this is it. The Royal Trafalgar is the best location wise. Only a 5 minute walk will lead you to Leicester square, Piccadilly circus, Trafalgar square and China Town. Oxford street needs a 20 minute walk, which in my opinion is exciting because many roads lead there so you can discover new streets on your way (Shopping streets like Regent and Carnaby...). Although the hotel might sound chaotic in the middle of the whole action, it is completely the opposite. You won't hear a single voice whenever you're in your room. In addition to that, the hotel isn't big, which doesn't make it crowded. Keep in mind that it's not a fancy hotel, but it's certainly all that you need for a successful trip. In case you're wondering, my stay was in july of 2011.

Stayed here on the 27th October with the missus. We were upgraded to an executive room free of charge , staff were very friendly with Maps and suggestions. We left our luggage there all day as we got there early which was no problem.

Room was superb 6th Floor though the shower (which looked great) was weak in power and ran out of hot water . Small issue but didnt really cause a problem.

Breakfast was hot and plentyful . All in a great place for the money ,.Will be back for sure.

Stayed here middle of October for a birthday break with the wife.
This hotel is all about location. It could not be better located for all the attractions in good ole London town.
Was pleasantly surprised by how clean the public areas and rooms were, litterally sparkling ,especially the lifts!.
Had breakfast and everything there was well cooked and plentiful.
Would definitely stay there again.
