Absolutely stunning facility - very modern, brand new and top notch in every respect. The rooms are better than anything in London (e.g., Savoy, Ritz, Claridge's, Four Seasons). WiFi is reasonably fast, fitness center is very good by London/European standards.

Only complaint is the service in the restaurant (for breakfast) is very spotty - they seem to be working on the kinks with the staffing there. Otherwise, I would consider this one of the best truly 5 star properties in the world.

Stopped off for a late night drink. Lovely room, with lots of space, a really nice special atmosphere. The service was excellent and very thoughtful (a cake was presented to my friend who we mentioned was having a special birthday). Really enjoyed it.

We stayed at the Rosewood Hotel the nights of June 2-4 following a 14 day Mediterranean cruise. Upon checkin we were told that there was a room upgrade available for 100 pounds per night. We were not told about any other available upgrades. On our second day, while talking with the managing director regarding a hotel amenity, he told us that we were entitled to a lesser but complimentary upgrade at checkin since we used our American Express Platinum card. I told the manager that had that been disclosed to us at checkin we would have taken the free upgrade instead of the costly upgrade that we were offered. The manager did not offer to change our room or waive the 100 pound per night fee. The hotel was beautiful, the dining was spectacular and the rest of the service was great. It was unfortunate that the reception desk and management were less than forthcoming regarding available upgrades costing us 300 pounds ($504 USD) more than we should have spent.

Room Tip: Ask for complimentary upgrade at checkin.

I went with my partner and we're treated like it was our second honeymoon. Is very well located, the staff was great and the rooms cleaned and lovely. We highly recommend it and definitely will come back as soon as we can.

This was my second stay in that hotel. I like the way they pay attention to small details and hotel room has all sorts of things that may be needed while on travel. The room was big and light. Very clean and correct. The internet connection is free without registration and it was fast and worked very well. It was the first time I had breakfast there after renovation and it was big disappointment. They used to have the best breakfast buffet that I have ever had, but now there is very small buffet with manly pastries and both dining rooms are a la cart. I loved the rich fruits option which wasn't available anymore. I could buy by the plate, but that would have been super expensive to get full breakfast in this way as vegan.

Nicely renovated hotel on high holborn. One of the best features in-room was a wall of converters/outlets to accommodate international travelers. Great idea. Breakfast was convenient, as was the bar. Easy walk to business meeting.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed here twice now in two months. Bar is jumping, excellent bar staff, fantastic cocktails. After pre diner drinks try the grill next door, it's great, jump off your bar stool and walk through the arch straight into the old banking hall, great burger, steak tartare was excellent too!

Great location for theatres, my only gripe is it's too far out for shopping, we prefer to be slightly more central.
