The location of this hotel was excellent but the staff were disorganized. For example, we were given the key to the incorrect room and had to go down to sort out. The rooms are very small but this is typical of London hotels. We had booked a twin room ( I was there with my 14 year old daughter) and checked in around 9am but when we got back to our room, it was a double. It was too late in the day to complain.
The room was extremely noisy with the bins being emptied from around 6am.
I was most disappointed with the access to the internet. You could get free internet access in the lobby but there are so few chairs and it is small so it is difficult to work. There was no advertised cost for the internet in the rooms and when I got the bill it was GBP12.50 per day. This is a huge charge by any standard, particularly when the hotel advertised 'free' internet.
On this alone, it would mean that I would never stay there again.
Btw, I wanted to leave a comment on a card but they didn't have one!!!!!
