First I must say that the hotel does have several great features - it is just round the corner from Ravenscourt Tube Station which links quickly to Central London. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the breakfasts hearty (you can eat as much as you like).
However, we went there during the summer when it was 28/29 degrees. We couldn't initially work the air conditioning but a friendly member of staff helped us. Even when it was working it did nothing to alleviate the intense heat of the room (even with the 2 fans provided). During both nights we put wet towels on the kids and they slept ok, whilst we didn't sleep at all. I wouldn't advise using the hotel in hot weather.More
