The best thing about this hotel is the great location - across the road from Ravenscourt Park tube station (which is in Zone 2). It was quick and easy to get to any place in central London, sometimes without having to change trains at all. That's not to say the hotel is not without its problems; let me elaborate:

CONS:
- bathroom mirror light was not working and not fixed even though I told the staff
- shower was rubbish and sprayed everywhere but cleaned nothing (shower spray non-adjustable)
- poor bathroom design meant the shower spray could not be contained by the shower curtain, resulting in a huge puddle on the floor
- no towel rail anywhere near the shower (I had to put the towel on the sink)
- toilet roll holder was several feet away from the toilet, which meant my children had to get up off the toilet to get the paper and I had to do some big stretches
- no sockets in rear half of the room, including none by the main bed so we could not charge our phones by the bedside
- air-conditioning was really poor, hardly noticeable, and the fans supplied did not cool the room sufficiently
- no fridge, no safe (had to hide our tablets in the suitcase)
- supplied hair dryer was rubbish (bring your own)

PROS:
- superb location, 2 mins to tube station (be aware that it's a tiny station and I never saw the ticket office open in the few days I was there, so you'll have to use the automated machines, which refused to take any bank cards - cash only!)
- good breakfast, great value due to the kids eat free policy (we're a family of 4)
- room was comfy and large enough to move around in, and as a quad we had two fold-up single beds placed either side of the main bed, which was a king-size
- no noise at all from inside or outside the hotel, even though we were only on the 4th floor and slept with the windows open
- parking was £15 a day, which is really cheap for London (not a huge number of spaces though, so it's a case of pot luck as to whether you get one or not)
- felt safe as the lift call-button is key-operated
- nice and clean, well-maintained

I would definitely stay here again, simply because the location is great and it's good value for money. Just don't expect everything to be perfect, though.

Across the road from a tube station, across the road from a park with paddling pool and lots of space for play and just down the road is the river Thames with grass areas and 3 lovely pubs to enjoy. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy the sites of London. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. There are also lots of shops and restaurants on the street and a cinema in the area too. Go enjoy! I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting London after my experience here.

Room Tip: Higher rooms have fab views

Air conditioned.
Beautiful staff. (Inside and out)
Comfortable rooms.

The staff were super helpful. Being wheelchair users it really makes a difference to a hotel stay when staff assist you to your room. But they even escorted us to a coffee shop across the street.

We stayed one night on Thursday 15th May, with parking. Staff helpful, happy, and keen to assist. Room was good.

We stayed again from Sunday 7th June to Fri 13th June. We had a problem with the room which appeared to be a renovated broom cupboard. We asked to be moved and were given several choices. on the 3rd night there was a disturbance in the hotel at 2am in the morning, sounded like alarms going off and a fight. No one on staff seem to hear it, or know when asked, but it resulted in a sleepless night. We were given a refund for this night, as per their adverts. There was a bit of a problem with the bill at the checkout, but eventually it was resolved. Breakfast was good, but expensive for continental, and full was out of the question for us.

Room Tip: ALWAYS check your bill, the are complicated if you add full breakfast or get refunds. Premier Inn could make them easier to read... but why should they !!!!

Stayed here as close to hammersmith Apollo, 2 minutes from ravens court tube which was very handy. Usual quality, room clean and comfortable, good views from higher level rooms. Good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay.

Room Tip: High rooms have great views over city and Thames
