Room standards consistent with rest of Premier Inn chain - clean, functional and comfortable. Staff helpful. Good location near Hammersmith, a short walk from tube and shops. Seemed to be popular for business. Would stay again.

We stayed for two night, and were generally satisfied, with some minor problems - the aircon was noisy and difficult to use, the shower was poor and the floor could have been better cleaned. Hairs in the bed made me wonder whether the linen was really fresh....

Recently stayed at the Premier Inn at Hammersmith for four nights and we have no complaints! The room was great, and we had no problems. It was a little bit too hot when we arrived, but once we figured out how to use the air con, we had no more problems. The staff were all friendly and were willing to help out if we needed anything. Breakfast was great and the food was hot and was a very good selection too. We had dinner at the hotel and found the meal was superb and of high standard.

The Location is very good as well, with only just a few minutes walk to Ravenscourt station, and it doesn't take long to get to the centre of London by the tube. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again!

budget hotel but cost cutting on room heating left me feeling out in the cold. room was an ok size and it had what is needed for a one night stay but not for longer. staff were technically competent..

We stayed on the 9th floor in a family room 907, double bed, single bed and a put you up bed, we had the usual tea, coffee making things, room was bigger than I expected, I'd like to see a fridge in there though, plenty of room of our clothes, shopping bags etc.

We had two big windows in the room, could just about see the Thames. Location was everything for us, my husband was working in nearby Kensington, so ideal for us. Lots of bars, restaurants, two shopping centres in Hammersmith, lots of other shops and close to train and tube stations.
Go to the Westfield shopping centre in nearby Shepherds bush, over 370 shops and places to eat along with a cinema, brilliant!

We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on that, although I was told at £9 an adult you could have an all you can eat breakfast with both my children able to eat free. Good value.
Ravenscourt Park is just across the road and lovely, there was a Funfair when we were there, but even without that, there is a lake, 5 different play areas and a huge sandpit and paddling pool in the summer.
We didn't have a problem with noise, some door banging but you can't help that, I didn't hear much road noise, but as I stated above we were on the 9th floor, beds were fine, half hr of free wifi every night. The shower as ok, I couldn't pull the button up, my husband had to do it for me, don't attempted a bath, it's just about ok for children, very small but water was always warm enough.
Staff were friendly and check in and out was very fast, would stay again.

stayed here for one night with a mate in October '13. Booking in was easy but they had us down for a double room when i'd booked a twin. Not a problem though as receptionist gave us a twin room on the 10th floor. Amazing views out over the city!
Room was very comfortable with all we needed. it was quite noisy outside but hey, its London! the double glazing kept it at bay and we weren't bothered by it at all.
We were on a tight schedule so didn't have time for the 3 course dinner special offer but if you do then i recommend it. £23 for 3 courses, a drink and breakfast next morning. really good offer! Dinner was very tasty as was breakfast next morning. good choice of food, hot and cold, and was delicious.
My only complaint during our stay was that getting a drink from the bar proved very difficult after we'd returned from our evening out. 3 members of staff milling around yet we waited 20 minutes to be served. Kept asking them and they kept saying they wouldn't be long. Not good enough!

Room Tip: try to get as high a floor as possible cos the views are worth it!

We stayed on Halloween night. The room was tired and cold - the heating did if anything make it colder. We had asked for a quiet room and were put in a room opposite the doors to the lift! The eating area was so unappealing we ate no meals there. We had booked this branch as it has parking but on arrival the receptionist did not know if there was any parking. The only good reason for staying here would be that the position in London was useful for that part of London and the Ravenscourt Park ( overground - district line) is within 5 moinutes walk of this branch.
