Premier Inn London Hammersmith Hotel

this is the second time I have stayed in this particular Premier Inn. Previously, there had been a slight problem with the room (noise from a fan) which I commented on this site. I was contacted by Premier Inn who went out of their way to ensure my stay this time was an improvement. The room we were given was on the 12th floor with wonderful views of London.
Thank you, and I'll be back.

Room Tip: 12th floor

Clean room. All the staff where very helpful. found Nick to be very friendly and nothing was too much for him, arranging taxis etc. Excellent breakfast with loads of choices.
Parking the car cost £10 for 24 hours.

Room Tip: Good view of surrounding district in upper floor rooms

I stayed at this Premier Inn earlier this month with my wife for a concert we were attending in London and this Premier Inn suited our needs totally. It's in a prime location, just a short walk from two tube stations and the staff were not only helpful and professional, but welcoming and friendly too. Slawek at reception was very welcoming and couldn't have done more for us on arrival.

Stayed at the Hammersmith when we went to see Paloma Faith at The Apollo. The family room was good value and the staff were really friendly. we ate dinner early and the food was super. breakfast was good , lots of choice and no queue. the building is ugly but once inside welcoming. my only comment would be that the dining room could be a liittle less cafe like.

Tiny dull boring room, dirty broken sink, broken t.v, hot as hell, uncomfortable bed with the apparent 'option' of soft or firm. Wanted to extend the trip but couldnt stay here for more than one night. The staff however are extreamly lovely and helped with everything we needed. Also in a good location.

This was my first stay in a Premier Inn, I could n't have chosen better. All the staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. The reception staff informed me of all options available during my stay. I recommend upgrading to 'The Meal Deal', as the food in the restaurant is excellent and a very good choice. The room was a family room which was very clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The bath itself is very small, though the shower was excellent. I would definetely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Hammersmith/Chiswick area.

Good location in Chiswick/Hammersmith. Ugly looking hotel/office block from the outside - but a standard Premier Inn once you get through the door.

No lounge area as such. But a small dining / breakfast area was fine when we ate, but people were queueing up for breakfast when we left. Breakfast a good value buffet

Nice tidy room, a little tight, but fine. Great view over the river from the 12th floor. Go high to avoid street noise

We paid £15 to park the car on the front apron, but street parking at weekends is free
