Booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children before our visit to Olympia the next day. Big room with very comfortable beds and good soundproofing. Breakfast was well cooked with good variety and kids ate free.Close to Ravenscourt Park tube station.

Booked a family room as we were visiting Olympia for the night. Reception were very helpful and recommended a good reliable cheap local taxi firm. The extra bed in the room was initially broken but this was replaced as soon as we reported it. The staff were really helpful, breakfast was really good with a free helping for kids. For a London hotel this was perfect. Don't let the exterior put you off.

We stayed here for one night when we were going to Hammersmith Apollo. Was pleasantly surprised. Room was pleasant enough. The towels were big and fluffy. Shower was good and the whole room/bathroom was spotless. Good value for money

Tiny room - not helped by a too big bed! (see below) Fine for 1 person, would be a squash for 2.
Couple of maintenance issues when I first arrived, but these were dealt with promptly by very helpful evening front-desk staff.
Bed very uncomfortable - was 2 single beds put together to form a double-bed. I did not sleep well - and when I mentioned this on check-out, the member of staff did not seem concerned (such a contrast to the staff from the evening before!)
Was quiet & clean - the kind of thing you expect from a Premier Inn.

Stayed here while watch when we went to see American Idiot at the Apollo and was very pleased with it. There are only about 10 rooms on each floor so it was very quiet. The room as abit small for a family one as the single bed was touching the end of the double bed , so there was no room to move. The room was clean and the shower and bath worked really well. Breakfast was alright but they ran out of things really quickly and they took 20 minutes to fill things up! Overall I would Defiantly stay here again.

Good night stay, hotel is in a nice area and close to the tube station. Would highly recommend, good value stay for London.

Booked as close to Shepherds Bush Empire.

Would recommend if looking for a reasonable priced hotel in a central location close to Victoria.

Room Tip: Stayed on the 9th floor in a side room. Quiet nights sleep.

We stayed here on a weekend away to celebrate a birthday. It was comfortable, friendly and the breakfast was excellent. IT was a short walk away from the tube station which was fantastic.

The beds were ok for people of 5 - 6 foot - but any taller and your feet would be dangling over the edge. Still was a comfortable night though and would recommend it to anyone.
