small room but clean bar staff havent a clue waited forty mins on food but was good when it came, handy to tube(ravenscourt park) and car hire (enterprise 250yards away ) parkin fee for 24 hours was 15 quid but when we came back in the evening there was no space (first come first served) no refund had to park on the street nearby which was free at night anyway good location very warm at night in room

The hotel is 12 floors high and wasn't sure why it doesn't have a larger bar area.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and even on the small size. There's a huge dresser in the middle that takes up the entire room.

Staff are very friends and accommodating as our room was changed from a double to a twin. The nice receptionist actually redressed our room herself as housekeeping had gone home for the day.

Hotel is conveniently located in Hammersmith. Quickly accessible to Olympia as me and my sister was attending London Film and Comic Con. Was only a bus ride away. Bus stop was only across the road.

And conveniently located to Ravenscourt Station, only a few 100 yards away. Easy to get to from Victoria, only a tube ride away.

Our room was still pricey and will be booking more in advance to get a better rate.

Will be going back next year for the con again.

Didn't have the breakfast but had a nice pizza in the bar on the Saturday night. Was absolutely lovely. Freshly baked with fresh chopped tomatoes and cheese.

Room again was warm but had a portable fan which we used on outer return.

Had a great view from the 9th floor,

Room Tip: Book way in advance as we paid over the odds for our room, which clearly wasn't worth it.

Room was very small, but clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is handy to the Ravenscourt Park tube station, so good value for London, as is it a bit cheaper compared to other places closer in.

I stayed here for one night recently whilst visiting family. The hotel was booked online and I paid £90 in advance plus £6.95 for breakfast. I could have paid less for the accommodation if I had booked even earlier but also a lot more for a later booking.
My room on the 10th floor was a bit small compared with my experience of the Premier Inn brand. This was probably because this hotel is in a converted office or apartment block. However the room was well fitted out, clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice. The views over SW London were great.
The aircon did not work but a fan had been left in the room. This was a iffy too and as the weather was hot I was not comfortable. The window was double glazed but could be opened a very small amount.
Service was ok but I have had better at Premier Inn. Breakfast was self service and was very good.
There is chargeable parking on site and this is a real bonus for London. The location in Hammersmith is very good with Ravenscourt Park tube station on the District line only three minutes walk away. There are several nice cafes and shops nearby too.
This Premier Inn is nowhere near the best in my opinion but it is Ok and has a good location for the visitor to London. Make sure you check the price carefully and get a good deal before you book.

Our stay was as expected...clean tidy basic room, Breakfast was excellent....lots to suit everyone, poached eggs on request. Only problem was that the room was too warm despite air con and fan on all the time. Would stay again, but would defo mention the heat. Couldn't open the window even a little for fresh air

Did they write all these Tripadvisor reviews themselves? This is not worth $180 (US) a night. Kind of like a modern Motel 6 in the States. Very basic rooms. Bigger rooms than the center of London, but not spacious. Very basic furniture. It would be OK at $80 to $100 a night, but not at this price.

Thank you for your review.

At Premier Inn it remains our main objective to provide guests with a comfortable stay and deliver a high level of service in all our establishments, both in our hotels and restaurants, and we sincerely apologise that on this occasion we failed provide this.

Our pricing policy works in the same way as many airlines where prices are driven by market conditions at the time. Although prices may increase at times of demand, they may also reduce on nights which are less busy. We do have a Team who closely monitor all hotels to ensure they are competitively priced as we always try and give you the best value for money.

We hope to welcome you back to Premier Inn in the future.

We came here with a 1,5 year old. We had booked a family-room.
It was really comfy, a cot for our daughter was placed away from our bed.
The hotel has been modernized. We had lovely views from the 12th floor.
Slept well, had a nice breakfast.
Dinner was mediocre.

Room Tip: They do a meal-deal. For 22 pounds you get a 3 course meal, a drink and breakfast.
