“good stay”

Great place to stay, the hotel really nice, staff pleasant and helpful and the restaurant is also great to eat in with a good kid's menu. You can always rely on getting clean rooms in this hotel and Hammersmith is a good place to stay with the hotel only a couple of minutes from the tube.

As a group of 4 girls staying away in London for the weekend, we requested our rooms be near each-other and they did just that- next door in fact. Room was spotlessly tidy and a separate bathroom and a television with lots of channels including music and radio channels to have as background noise when getting ready, Lovely comfy beds and lots of mirrors and light. Not bothered once by staff and enjoyed it very much. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly, the hotel clean and breakfast decent. Great base for exploring London as tube station few minutes walk up the road and the hotel was half the price of a hotel based in central London. Just a shame there aren't more parking spaces.

Room Tip: We were on 10th floor and didn't experience any problems with noise

We decided to stay at the Premier Inn this weekend for one night (Feb 2012) as we were given free tickets to be in the Audience of a TV show in Hammersmith, we were looking for something cheap and cheerful but most of the budget hotels wasnt to our satisfaction and didnt have a good location, we came across the Premier Inn and as ive stayed there quite a few times decided to stick with what we knew best, this price was £70 for one night - abit pricey for one night but we expected it as it was london. When we arrived at the hotel (14.30pm) we struggled with the parking, as it only offered about 10-15 parking spaces, so we had to drop the car infront of a skip just untill we had checked in, When we checked in the lady on reception advised we could not leave our car there as it was not a designated space and directed us to a nearby car-park. We got checked in really quickly and were given a room on the 11th floor, however when we got to the room we opened the door to find it had not yet been cleaned, as there was a empty wine glass on the side, rubbish in the bin and the bed hadnt been made - I went back down to reception who appologised for this and issued us another room immediately on the 9th floor, we were satisfied with this room as it was very clean, modern and had everything we needed - although it was on the small side. The facilties in the room included - Digital TV, Hairdryer, Tea/Coffee making facilites and Free 30mins of Wifi. The Location of the hotel was fine for us as we were close to the TV studios and we found a few cheap pubs/restaurants along this road (weatherspoons are good for cheap drink and food) however it does take around 30mins on the tube if you want to get to central london (picadilly circus, oxford street, leicester sq). This hotel would be ideal if you were also visiting a show at the Apollo theatre as it is literally a 15-20min walk to there. Overall we had a enjoyable stay and would recommend premier inn to others.

everything about this hotel was excellent.... from the fantastic service, to the outstanding breakfast!! my family enjoyed a hassle free stay, and would highly recommend anybody looking to stay in london to stay here. we would def stay again, in a heartbeat. nothing was too much trouble, Nathan on the front desk was lovely and went out of his way to help on everything.

Room Tip: we stayed in room 210, no problems what so ever... did not hear another guest, ie no doors, tvs etc...

The rooms were very comfortable although as a family of 5 we had to book 2 rooms (which were booked at the same time). Unfortunately they put us on 2 different floors which meant the kids had to go between the 2!! The kids meals in the restuarant were not good, especially the spag bol!! Service was very slow and the meals came with 15 minutes between the first 2 and the last 3. Not ideal when you want to eat as a family. The reception staff were very rude and the Duty manager was full of excuses about the poor food and the slow service. It was in a great location with the nearest tube station being a 5 minute walk.

hard to fault this as a destination people. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, decent breakfast. My missus was disappointed she wasn't staying at the Dorchester at first, but even she thought it was good. We were on a family trip to London for a couple of days. One nights stay with breakfast for 4 with parking and wi fi, less than £150? Good value i think. Tube station, district line just across the road
