Booked this hotel after reading the reviews here. We stayed for 3 nights here and found the location( practically beside Hanger Lane tube station on the Central line) excellent for our tour of London.

Staff were all very friendly and enquired how we slept each morning. We had dinner and breakfast once in the hotel but found both, in particularly the breakfast to be very good.

Rooms were very clean and all facilities, air-con and showers etc, were in full working order.

Overall for the price paid and the location we found the hotel faultless. Would definitely return again.

Booked 2 double/family rooms to stay in after a seeing a concert at Wembley Stadium at £85 per room which, in itself, was excellent value. When mum realised her room was on a different floor to mine and my partner's room, the staff did their best to find rooms closer together but because we were a late booking that wasn't possible. We couldn't fault the room: it was very clean and comfortable with extra really comfy pillows available in the wardrobe. I'm guessing it was a one-off that we ran out of soap and shower gel after just one shower and one hand wash but we informed the staff and they immediately came and replenished stock. All the other guests were really quiet and didn't hear any doors opening or shutting, or anyone talking through the walls but we were in a room right at the end of a corridor, so I can't really comment more than that.

We were really impressed with how the windows blocked all the sound from the busy Hanger Lane roundabout and the air conditioning made up for having to have the windows shut overnight. All of the staff we came into contact with were really friendly and helpful. The car park was reasonably priced at £6 for the night and the staff were really helpful when we went out and then came back late at night to find that someone had parked over 2 spaces - this is the reason why they take the car registration number when you check in.

Breakfast overall was good but I wouldn't say that it was worth £7.99. My partner was happy with the breakfast but I was really disappointed as I don't like eggs or bacon which only left me with the choice of beans, sausages and tomatoes. The breakfast menu online and in the restaurant clearly says mushrooms are also available which is normally the deciding factor on whether or not I pay for cooked breakfast so I felt really cheated. Drinks in the bar seemed reasonably priced for a hotel - a small red wine, a vodka and diet coke and a J2o came to around £10.

Hotel is well positioned near to hanger lane underground and is about 20 mins from london attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean well presented and quiet. The restaurant is clean and friendly with a good choice of menu with very reasonable prices. The breakfast falls in line with any 4 star hotel. Room rates are very reasonable.

We stayed here whilst visiting event in London, it was easy to find from Kings Cross and only took about 30mins on tube. We got a good deal online and it was worth every penny! We ate here one evening and food was reasonably priced and of a good standard. On the second night we arrived back late and the staff arranged a take away for us to eat in our room.
The location was great, the rooms were comfortable, clean and modern and the staff were excellent! I would definately recommend this to others and would stay again if we return to London.

Cannot find fault with this hotel. location was brill, a 10 min drive off the M4 with plenty of parking at only £6. The staff were comendable, all look like they love their job and very helpfull. The underground is 2 min walk away and 20 min to Marble Arch on the central line.
Hotel is spotlessly clean and the food plentiful and very tasty. I definatly shall return and look forward to it

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to either visit London or iss going to Wembley Arena or stadium. I was pleased with the staff and how friendly they were and keen to help. The breakfast was really nice andd had a wide choice of hot and cold food. The tube is literally on the door step and takes about 20 - 30 minutes to get into central London. Taxi cost about £12 to wembley arena one way and was probably easiest way to get to the stadium or arena. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. I would stay here again.
