We stayed in this hotel for 5 night in mid-August, 2012.
The hotel location is good, very close to underground.
I gave it 2 because I was frustrated with WIFI service. We did not have WIFI for 2 nights in a row out of 5 nights. The staff blamed it on their provider.
Previous reviews also mentioned that the hotel failed to provide wifi service. So it seems this happens frequently and the hotel failed to fix the problem. I would't pick this hotel for sure if I knew I couldn't get online.
It was very frustrating that, without checking their wifi network, the staff insisted that wifi worked well, and there must be something wrong with my computer. An hour later, the staff finally admitted that wifi didn't work and blamed it on the provider.
We asked if we can get some refund for not having wifi for 2 nights in a row. The staff said they could't give us refund because we booked the room via Expedia. If we booked the room directly from them, they would be able to refund us 40 pounds (20 pounds per night).More
