We stayed for only one night at this hotel, but it was a very pleasant stay.
Our room was quite small, but was clean and warm.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The continental breakfast was decent, fresh and plentiful.
The hotel is very well located, only a short walk to the nearest tube station.
We thought it was good value for money.
We would stay at this hotel again.

stayed for 5 nights tiny double room for the money and a herd of elephants on 4th floor above resulting in very broken sleep! Its got AA 4 stars more like one in my opinion.
Language also a problem only thing going for this place is that it is clean and tidy.

We stopped in a double room for the weekend, so small that you couldn't walk round the bed, with less than a foot between the end of the bed and the wardrobe. There was nowhere to sit, the ensuite was tiny and the floorboards creaked so badly that it was like a herd of elephants moving around above us, most of the night. The maid started hovering outside our room @ 8 o'clock on Sunday morning. And breakfast consisted of tinned grapefruit or fruit salad, basic cereals and toast or croissants. There were no cheeses, cold meats or yogurts to supplement the breakfast. Oh, and the bed was rock hard, with poor quality pillows. The only positive was that the place was clean and close to the Pimlico underground. Sorry but we won't be stoping there again.

I enjoyed this hotel very much.
The location is great, near the tube and the bust stop, and close to many nice restaurants.
Rooms are small but quite comfortable and clean. Nice shower in the bathroom and clean towels every day.
The staff was very kind and helpfull.

We stayed for 4 nights in September. The room was smallish but perfectly adequate and well appointed. Hotel itself was quiet even though it was very busy, but there was quite a bit of traffic noise at night from the road outside. Breakfast was basic continental but of a good quality and plentiful. The room was clean, fresh towels every day and the en-suite had a good shower unit. Location is excellent for the tourist with 2 nearby tube stations, one of which is the main transport hub at Victoria Station. It met our needs very well - our thanks to the staff.

Room Tip: Rooms to the rear of the building will be quieter

Was a bit worried when I read previous reviews (unfortunately not before booking) so was not surprised by the small room and ferry-like shower room. What I did expect, though, was that it would be clean. We were directed to room 603 in a corner of the basement. When the outside of the window was last washed, goodness knows. It was covered by an old very grey net curtain. The main curtain when drawn turned out to be just as filthy with stains as well as general grime. The floor was very uneven, wallpaper was coming off the wall and tatty paintwork. Huge step into shower room. Bed itself however was clean (otherwise would have left then and there) and breakfast was adequate. Main thing hotel had going for it was convenient location within easy walking distance of Victoria.

Stayed here for one night. Very small room (209), which only fits a bed (1.20 meters, to small for 2 adults). Bathroom is small but modern, ok. Woke up 6.30 in the morning because of a breakfast smell. Breakfat: very basic (pastry rolls, toast and fruit). Location is ok, couple of metro stops from the centre. About 25 minutes walk from picadilly circus. Good for a night, can't imagine I had to stay longer.
