Dont expect a fresh bright hotel.. this place is desperate for some tlc.

Holes in carpets, shower head held on with shoe lace and sink plugs that dont fit, just a few things about my double room!

I know its cheap, but the price I paid I now considered expensive for a rundown room.

Our room for three people was very small with a double bed and a sofa bed. The window faced a small gap between two protruding parts of the building and the room was thus very dark. The bathroom was clean with an OK standard. All common areas of the hotel need redecoration. The site photos give a much better impression of the hotel than how it looks in real life. The staff were correct but not very friendly.

Dear Guest,

We are really sorry that your stay with us did not meet your expectations.

I would like to assure you that we are doing our best to give our establishment a fresh and modern look. The renovation process will take a couple of weeks and we would like to invite you to review us again once it is done.

I am also sorry on behalf of our front office staff for the rather cold welcome you experienced. I will make sure that staff improves the standards of their customer service following a retraining program which has already been put in place.

Kindest Regards,
Guest Support Team

Visited recently with a team of high school students. Everyone can read for themselves the multitude of issues regarding cleanliness and shabbiness. So I will skip those points. A triple with 3 of our girls had to be abandoned b/c they woke with bites on their ankles. However, issue with safety: No peep holes on doors. No chains on doors. Worse, after the power had out for an hour..I was alone in my room on my bed at midnight when I heard a key in the door. A man entered saying he had been told to check the room. No knock, no announcement. I was terrified. After calling the desk I was told that he was told to check another room. Even if that's the case, he still should have knocked to make sure anyone in there was ready and aware. The safes in all rooms were "out of order." Also, they hold your key at the front desk. When you return from being out and about, all you have to do is tell them your room number and they hand it to you. Anyone could request your key, go into your room, rob you blind...or worse. I was ill at ease during our entire stay and breathed a sigh of relief when we left...being a chaperone for those kids was a lot of responsibility, especially when I did not feel comfortable myself.

Dear Guest,

Thank you very much for your feedback as it is only through this tool that we can review and improve all our areas of customer service.
We were deeply sorry to hear of all the issues and concerns that cast a shadow over your stay with us. Please be assured that we have taken all your comments very seriously and each of them has been discussed in depth in order for us to avoid them happening in the future.
In terms of security issues, our staff is given regular trainings to ensure calm and safe environment for both residents and employees. For that reason we often do checks of unoccupied rooms so that health and safety standards are always observed. We were extremely sorry to find out that on this occassion one of our staff made a genuine mistake of opening a room occupied by our resident. I would like to assure you that the standard practice of the Hotel, in terms of safety and housekeeping checks, is always to knock and announce ourselves and await guest's response before attempting to open a given bedroom. I would also like to apologize for the fact that a Front Office member handed a key without prior double checking a name of the guest. Again, I have personally spoken to all our staff to ensure standard practices of cross checking name and room number are adhered to.
Dear guest, we would also like to assure you that our hotel has a very strict pest control policy in place and regular preventive checks, both by our staff and by external professionals, are being made to keep quality standards. Should any incident ever be reported we treat it with absolute priority and make all neccessary checks. In this particular instance our pest control team checked the bedroom thoroughly and confirmed it was free of infestation.
We would once again like to apologise for all the issues and inconveniences caused during your stay with us. Please be assured we have drawn conclusions and have implemented stricter measures in all areas indicated in your comments.

Kindest Regards,

Guest Support Team

We booked 2 triple rooms for a half term treat, the website showed a blue chip client list with much satisfaction, in reality we saw a Hotel that was in desperate need of refurbishment, the outside was dilapidated, the reception area was dirty, the first room was on the 4th Floor, this had tatty furniture, grubby net curtains, beds crammed in so the wardrobe was inaccessible, if the room above used the bathroom our water ceased in the middle of any ablutions. The room also had a flea infestation.
The second room was on the ground floor, this again was desperately overdue a makeover, the room had a vermin problem, with rats or mice playing in the room after dark & feeding on any food in the room. The vermin problem was reported to reception, but nothing was actually done.
The Hotel is an overpriced dump and Is sited on a busy main road with noise all night long, i would avoid staying here at all costs.

Room Tip: Location good for access to under ground & supermarkets nearby

Dreadful hotel. Don't be fooled by the photographs. We had 2 rooms as the first was filthy & subterranean. The 2nd wasn't much better. Shower filthy, window blinds broken, no safety deposit facility. The 3rd bed in the family room was a camp bed! The receptionist included an unpleasant woman and a disorganised older gent.

Room Tip: Fine for folks going out clubbing or drinking who don't mind where they sleep. Youth hostel atmo...

staff very friendly and correct, both at the front desk, as at breakfast,
because the first room we were pleased by us immediately replaced, breakfast good, fresh and abundant, they help us with organization of transport to the airport, very good location, close to metro, shops and restaurants, a good value for the money
we stayed 7 nights in the hotel, an impurity in the room, maid edited by the bed, replace towels, but did not clean up the floor in the room and in the bathroom, even though we had the possibility of connection to wi-fi, only that from us for unknown reasons-it is always was something wrong- it was not possible
