Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst on business in London. Room was very clean albeit facing onto Cromwell Road so prone to some exterior light pollution. Didn't try the restaurant but the location means plenty of nearby options. Breakfast buffet excellent and staff attentive and friendly. Our work was in the city but hotels there are hideously priced and generally ordinary so the proximity of this hotel to Gloucester Road tube made this a very good choice. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Dear Guest

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your recent stay at the Park International Hotel, I am delighted to read that you had an enjoyable stay with us.

I was pleased to read that on this occasion you had chosen to stay at our hotel due to its location and the ease of getting to and from the city centre in an average of 15 minutes. As we are located just two blocks away from Gloucester Road underground station this allows you as a traveller access to the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines which makes traveling to and from Airports, Train Stations and the city centre simple and convenient.

I would like to thank you for your positive feedback you have provided with regards to the cleanliness of your room and our selection of items in our breakfast buffet as well as the service you had received thought your stay.

We do look forward to welcoming you back upon your next trip to London.

Best Regards

Me and my wife are regular visitors of London (almost every year) and discovered Park International last year. Based on our experience, we directly booked for this hotel again not looking for any other alternative. We stayed for five days and are very happy for our choice.

To summarise the assets; Easy reach to/from Heathrow Airport via underground (Piccadily Line), Gloucester tube station is just a block away from the hotel. Waitrose supermarket, Boots chemist, as well restaurants for different tastes are located just next to the tube station. You can also reach easily to major museums. Hotel is renovated last year from top to bottom. Quite large rooms compared to many hotels in London. Comfortable beds. All necessary amenities available. Restaurant decorated with taste where you can leisurely have your breakfast with a wide variety of choices. All staff, without any exception, are very efficient, helpful and smiling. You feel yourself at home the moment you enter the hotel with very friendly atmosphere. We planned our trip well ahead of time and get competitive early booking discounts.

To conclude, it is for the value and we will stay at Park International again during our forthcoming visits.

Room Tip: We stayed at upper floors, facing the street during one visit and facing the backyard during the other. Though there is not much difference (double glazed windows), rooms facing the backyard seem quieter.

I used to live in London and so felt very particular about where to stay. This hotel ticked all the boxes. All the staff we met were exceptional - such good customer service, making us feel very well looked after. An example was when we asked for recommendations for somewhere for lunch the following day, the Concierge told us exactly what we wanted to know but when we arrived back at the hotel we discovered he had gone to the trouble of photocopying some information and reviews about one particular restaurant. He didn't have to do that - it was a nice touch.
The hotel is spotless - and surprisingly quiet for central London. We would stay here again when we visit next time.
Breakfast is extremely good with most things you would want available.
The location is brilliant - Bus stops taking us directly to Hyde Park Corner were conveniently situated right across the road and Gloucester Road tube a very short walk.
Luggage store is secure as well so we felt happy leaving our things on the morning of check out.

From the moment we arrived in the reception area absolutely everything about our stay in this hotel was just perfect. All staff are helpful and friendly whether it be in reception, bar or breakfast lounge. The hotel is also well located with Natural History Museum, Victoria & Albert museum within a short stroll. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was my third visit to the Park International Hotel on Cromwell Road. I cannot find a single fault with this hotel. The reception area, the check-in process, the staff, the bedroom, the bathroom, the bed, the hotel bar, the hotel food, even the CD music playing in the bar was excellent. Im almost afraid to write this review because it's only hoing to make the hotel even more popular and reduce availablility when I next want to book. Ask me any questions about this hotel and I will be able to tell you how good it is.

Room Tip: I stayed in room 208 which was towards the back of the hotel. Complete silence. Fantastic huge king size bed, big shower.
