Last week we were in the Grand in Brighton and quite honestly the Cavendish puts them to shame. We stayed here overnight and were impressed in every way. The staff were helpful and friendly beyond expectation; the room great; location is top draw and the value excellent. Breakfast was superb; so my advice is just book. Don,t think about it another moment!

I have now stayed in this hotel for my last four visits to London (in the last 3 years). It is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated with very comfy beds. Breakfasts are also excellent. In January, there is often good prices available through SuperBreaks.

To sum up, I would recommend staying at the Cavendish to anyone visiting London. I can't think of any faults.

Room Tip: All rooms have good views over London, however the higher floors are best

I stayed in the Cavendish many times these past couple of years, both for work and leisure, and it never disappoints. The service is impeccable, rooms are very good, modern and clean. All have a desk and good wifi connection for work. Beds are really comfortable. Shower has very good amenities from the White Company (with a beautiful fragance). The location cannot be better, a 2' walk from Piccadilly Circus, the West End, and opposite Fortnum & Mason store. I strongly recommend to have the afternoon tea (if you feel lazy or need to do some work, you can order it as room service), it is one of the best I ever had. I will be certainly going back in my next trip and I also recommended to friends. Downside: prices are not so cheap but the service, location and rooms are worth it!

Room Tip: The rooms above 4th floor, opposite to the elevators have a great view of the London Eye.

Oh joy of joys we found an absolute gem of a hotel in central London. We booked in November after a friends recommendation and she was right, it is amazing. Service, cleanliness, food, location, value were all second to none. A highlight of our stay was the lovely chef Nithin (sorry if spelt wrong) in the Perichor restaurant. My partner ordered creme brûlée for dessert. Our waitress appeared shortly after our mains were cleared away to say it was off the menu as chef was having an issue with this dessert that night. We accepted this as everything else about the meal was top notch. Then Nithin appeared with a heartfelt apology explaining that he couldn't send out dessert because it hadnt set properly, imagine him being so kind? Also Mo the concierge was amazing as were his whole team. We were across the street from Fortnum and Masons, we strolled to "Phanthom of the Opera in the Haymarket in 3 minutes. We had a 8/10 minute walk to Oxford st, Amazing. One teeny tiny problem with this hotel and I feel bad mentioning it but the bar was draughty and a little cold (there i said it and now feel bad) Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Cavendish, we will definitely be back - just stay exactly as you are
Kind regards

We recently spent two nights at the Cavendish having booked through Travelzoo. Our stay was superb.

On arrival we were warmly greeted especially by the concierge team and were delighted to be upgraded to a superior room which was extremely well appointed. The superking-sized bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in.

The room was large with a two seater leather sofa, desk,Tassimo coffee maker with a good range of pods, a fridge, The bathroom was spacious and a lovely range of top quality toiletries were provided. Housekeeping were accommodating in providing us with extras when required.

The location of the hotel is superb. Quiet enough yet a mere hop, skip and a jump to all the
action.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: Our room on floor 8 had a good view of the skyline towards the Eye.

I booked this hotel on a Travelzoo offer a few months ago and it proved to be a great choice. We visited London for my husband's 30th birthday using the hotel as a base. The staff were attentive and friendly, the room perfectly pleasant and the location spot on for visiting Central London.

The rate we got was great value and I'd definitely consider using this hotel for future visits.
