Great location - maybe a minutes walk to Hyde Park and about 5 min. to the Bayswater station. It is also very quiet on the streets.
The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are small but about what you'd expect in a European hotel. They have an elevator which is very nice, and although I didn't use it, the exercise room looks very nice. Breakfast is okay - I had the buffet and the options were okay. They also offer food to order, but I didn't want to pay extra.
My only problems were: my room was right next to the hallway door, which kept squeaking when opened. Also, the staff were nice, but they didn't necessarily go above and beyond with their customer service, which is what I like. So not HUGE problems, but little inconveinances. I would probably stay here again though.More
