Stayed here on the 13th June for 4 nights great hotel and well run, the staff were great, always attentive to your needs, check in was a breeze.the room was very spacious, plenty of room, and a very large comfortable bed, large screen tv. great bathroom with a wonderful shower, every thing you would need for your stay.they had only one bathrobe and a pair of slippers for the both of us but it was not a problem as we never use these things preferring our own.the air conditioning can be manually controlled so if its a bit noisy at night time you can switch it off. great breakfast plenty off choice, we had a meal in the restaurant on two nights price is on par for London but the menu was a bit short on selection, would have liked more choice for evening meals.we had arrived at kings cross station so it was a short walk to the hotel, so you are very close to the underground.

Room Tip: we were on the fourth floor facing the busy road but the double glazing kept out the noise, apart fr...

Dear Guest,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with such glowing feedback relating to your recent stay at the Pullman London St Pancras.

I am delighted that your experience in our hotel was a warm and welcoming one. It will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the rest of my team.

Its great to know that you enjoyed your time with us. I am excited to inform you that we are currently in the process of creating a new and innovative menu for the Golden Arrow Restaurant. Please come again and check also out the GA Unplugged on Wednesday nights; we have live music at the Lobby. Or the GA Lounge where a DJ will play some cool music for you to hang back and enjoy with a nice glass of wine.

Thank you again and I look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Kind regards

New hotel next door to The British Library and 3 minutes walk to St Pancras Station.

Check-in slow and rather clinical, not unfriendly but not particularly welcoming either. Large lounge area off reception with a bar and live music and plenty of chairs.

Room on 11th floor, very very large with King size bed, mini-bar, safe and airconditioning and large flat screen television etc. Unable to get sub-titles on the TV. Large bathroom with massive shower including and overhead "waterfall" type unit. and a large selection of toiletries. Everything emaculate and spotlessly clean.

Could do with a couple of easy chairs and perhaps a table - only 2 desk type chairs to watch TV.

Room certainly not cheap and breakfast was a further £23.00 on top. Gave breakfast a miss and ate in St Pancras Station, but would stop there again

Dear Guest

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback relating to your recent stay at the Pullman London St Pancras.

I am delighted that your experience in our hotel was a positive one. It will be my pleasure to share your comments with the rest of my team.

Since 2012, we have invested more than £12 million to transform Pullman into the new modern and trendy hub of Central London. And that included enhancements such as the rain shower in the bathroom.

We also host GA Unplugged and GA Lounge every Wednesday and Friday nights; it's a great place to relax and enjoy some fabulous cocktails created by our Mixologist.

The buffet breakfast in the Golden Arrow Restaurant is only £20 per person or £17 if you book online. It's a fabulous spread with fresh produce, great variety of breads and pastries as well as hot and cold breakfast items. It's a perfect way to kick start your busy day in London.

I hope we will get a chance to welcome you back to the Pullman London St Pancras again!

Kind regards,

We had a very nice stay is this modern, spacious and recently re-decorated hotel.
It's situated at a few steps from St Pancras International train station, and therefor ideal for those who arrive in London by Eurostar. In the same station, you can hop on the major underground lines who will bring you to the other side of the city in only a blink of an eye. That's why you can really say that this hotel lays at a superb location.
Compared to other hotels in London, this hotel offers very spacious, well-isolated rooms with amenities of the best quality.
The breakfast buffet is big enough, although at Pullman in Cologne (Germany), it's twice as big for the same price.
The restaurant offers a nice selection of food and wines, and at the bar you can choose between a wide range of cocktails, beers and other drinks.
Though the stay is not cheap, the price-quality balance is way above average. We certainly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a high floor, with a view over the city. At night, it's an amazing experience...

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your wonderful feedback relating to your recent stay with us.

I am delighted that your time in our hotel was a positive one and you experienced the warm hospitality from our team here. The central location of the hotel is such a great benefit for guests such as yourself. Plus, the hotel recently underwent a £12 million refurbishment project upgrading our property to the new, sleek and modern design. Lastly, I am glad that enjoyed the breakfast as well as the cocktails at the Golden Arrow Bar & Restaurant - did you know we have over 100 types of whiskey at the bar? Something to try perhaps during your next visit?

Thank you again and I look forward to welcoming you back again at the Pullman London St Pancras.

Only stayed 1 night following Springsteen at Wembley.

Arrived at 09:15 but were allowed to check in and were upgraded to a Deluxe room. Probably not the norm but perfect for us. Staff were positive and very helpful.

Room was large and well laid out. Huge bed, great shower.

£20 for breakfast, which we didn't have, and £8.80 for a pint and a half of beer, which we did, hardly denotes value for money regardless of the location and your disposable income.

Recommended.

(Springsteen was 5* across the board, by the way!)

Stayed here before using Eurostar. Could not think of a better base for travelling around London. Two underground stations are near by plus Eurostar at St Pancras. Staff all very friendly. Good breafast and room service.

I was upgraded on arrival by smart and efficient reception staff who checked me in quickly. The room was lovely, no view but large and clean and modern with a coffee maker. During a second stay when I wasn't upgraded the room was still excellent, just not as large.
Dinner was delicious and again the staff were very good. I did feel however that the price is a bit steep. I know it's in a great location and it's new but I was taken aback at the cost. I think they do quite good deals for corporate visitors and there may be better deals on-line.

Room Tip: I would say stay away from the main road, but actually they're all really well sound insulated.
