What a fantastic hotel ! Located just around the corner from underground - less than 2 minutes walk to hotel and only a couple of stops from Kings Cross rail station. Really close to London Bridge which affords a fantastic view of Tower Bridge. Lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants near by but so that you are effected by any related noise.

The hotel is wonderful - I hardly know where to start ! Possibly the most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff I have encountered in a hotel. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped rooms and a huge range of free magazines and newspapers to choose from. Lovely bar area with an extensive range of food options. Lovely restaurant with an extensive menu. It has a gym but I did not use it but like everything else I imagine this is well equipped and spotlessly clean.

I never really sleep too well when away from home but this hotel has been the exception. Bed was so so comfortable and pillows are clearly of a very high quality.

I would recommend this hotel for what ever occasion you may be travelling for. Business or pleasure it ticks all the boxes for me.

From the minute we walked through the door we were treated so courteously and so friendly by everyone. The room was large and airy with the most comfortable bed ever. Spotless and everything you would need for your stay. Prompt room service, delicious and well presented breakfast. Cant wait to return.

Room Tip: Our room was very quiet, down a side street but the street itself was quiet anyway even though the S...

We stayed at the London Bridge Hotel for 1 night as a 50th birthday treat for my partner. The room was beautiful, big and airy and spotlessly clean and the service was faultless. Delicious hearty breakfast.Ideal location close to many attractions in London.

Outstanding service from front desk through the Quarter bar and lounge to breakfast. Examples are that the head barman found us a better table when our late-night meal arrived and moved us to that, and that breakfast staff cleared used dishes quickly and courteously.
Room and bathroom on the small side but perfectly formed, very well equipped and thought out. Result is that you have all the space you need.
Nice touches such as fresh apples in the room on arrival.

Room Tip: Ours was an odd number on the 4th floor and was very quiet which is a delight in London.

We travelled as a party of 4 and booked one twin standard room and one superior double for 2 nights. The double cost £50 more.
The twin room was an excellent size with large bathroom.
The superior double was quite small, tiny bathroom and the only difference between the two was 2 robes and slippers provided and 3 apples. Not worth the extra money. In fact I felt a bit ripped-off.

Apart from that, the hotel is lovely, great location right next door to London Bridge Train station and Tube station. Really quiet, we did not hear any outside noise. The breakfast is good value at £10 per person per day paid in advance. The staff are very pleasant. The hotel bar is lovely, great cocktails made by friendly happy staff. I would stay here again as there is the brilliant Borough Market right at the end of the road with amazing food products. I would not pay extra for a superior room. Was the only reason this place did not get 5 stars from me.

Room Tip: Twin rooms seem to be larger than double rooms.
