We knew that we wanted to be in the Covent Garden area for this trip and the Radisson was perfect! It had close proximity to several tube stations and the neighborhood itself was delightful. The room was nicely updated with a spacious bathroom. The only reason I rated it lower than excellent is because it was quite pricey for the size of the room and the overall view (basically of nothing). We had just finished a delightful trip through southern France and were a tad disappointed, again considering the cost/value proposition. (Breakfast was so overpriced!) We would recommend the hotel again considering the area however. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the time we checked into the time we left.

Room Tip: View probably doesn't matter in this hotel because it's in a crowded business/residential se...

Pleasant surprise when I got to my room. Very tasteful, modern yet cosy.
I tried the bed out, that's what I usually do first, tried the pillows, smelled them, checked out the bathroom. I was already looking forward to the night's rest after the opera at Covent garden, which turned out to be a 5 minutes walk away.
Friendly helpful staff, great amenities in the bathroom. Comfort, cleanliness, quietness and excellent location. Looking forward to my next stay!

I booked this hotel on Last Minute as a Secret hotel described as Deluxe Hotel Central Covent Garden. Whilst the hotel is in a brilliant location and it has been completely refurbished to a very good standard the size of the Superior room booked was a joke. The bed was a small double and the bathroom was basically a shower/wet room that was so minute we had to pay an extra £50 to upgrade. The room we upgraded to was perfectly acceptable with good facilities apart from the fact that the TV sound was so restricted it was almost impossible to hear unless you stood right in front of it and despite asking for someone to sort it out whilst we were out nothing was done. Breakfast was a bit of an issue. We asked if it was included at the front desk and they said it was but when we went to the restaurant they said that it wasn't. Front desk then said that just the buffet was included but they hadn't stipulated that. We were eventually allowed breakfast which was very good (Would have been £23 each plus a £2 supplement for Eggs Benedict!) and the waiting staff were very pleasant. Basically we have stayed at better hotels for less money but if you want a hotel right in theatre land this is good but don't go for the superior rooms!

Room Tip: Pay the extra for a larger room! We didn't have any noise issues at all.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a Superbreak theatre break. Asked for a quiet room away from the lifts and got the quietest room we have ever had in a hotel. OK, there was no view at all but the standard room was much bigger than the one we had previously stayed in at the Radisson Bloomsbury Street and even though it was in a very busy area at Seven Dials we had no noise at all. The hotel has been recently refurbished and in this hotel they did not put glass bathroom door, like we had in the Bloomsbury Street one, so we did not flood the bedroom with light everytime one of us visited the bathroom at night. Instead they put a full length mirror on the inside of the bathroom door, which was very useful. The free room wi-fi was also very useful. Only criticism of the room would be the very small bathroom and the half screen on the bath which ensured that the bathroom floor flooded every time someone had a shower. In fact I am sure a bathroom as small as this would have been much better designed as a shower room only.Just had a drink in the downstairs bar one afternoon but found the price exorbitant. However, that said, I would certainly stay here again. It is better than other four star hotels we have previously stayed in central London.

Room Tip: If you want a quiet room you will probably have to forfeit any view of London but the quiet rooms ar...

Hotel is new and in very good position close to covent Garden.Staff are excellent.Now for the buts:-
1. Rather small bedrooms with very tiny bathrooms (the distance between bath & sink is so close and a toilet set between the two must be difficult to use if on the large size!!!)
2.£51 to valet park car (must state this worked great for us due to staying weekend so no congestion charge )
3.Breakfast £23 so we walked to Covent Garden and paid £15 for two.

Must state room 618 was very very quiet .

Nothing wrong with the hotel in general but at the same time nothing to write home about. Nice rooms, well equipped although the Apple TV did not work as smoothly as one would expect but this is more manufacturer's rather than hotel's fault. The three issues I had with my room:
-it was very dark - only one small window, awkwardly positioned from both inside as well as outside;
-noise: I could easily hear and feel Tube trains passing below the hotel;
-mini-bar: although it was a nice thing to have a fridge for my disposal, I would prefer to have there a bottle or two of beer or something stronger so I can enjoy a drink after late night arrival.
On the plus side:
-efficient air-conditioning
-comfortable bed and sofa
The bathroom was OK although for a taller person like me the shower head could have been positioned a bit higher. Like with every over the tub shower, it was difficult not to have a small puddle on the floor.
Of the two lifts, only one was working during my stay.
Did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on it.
To conclude, a nice hotel in a very good location but lacking that something special. For such prices, one would expect more.
