Stayed here on the 31st Oct. I picked the location to be easy access to Heathrow but close to restaurants and pubs , it is a 10 minute walk to Boston Manor tube station or a quick bus ride, there is also a mini cab office outside the tube station. The room was large , clean and comfortable, the bed was nice and firm , the ensuite was a bit small and had an electric shower which wasn't too powerful, the only toiletries provided was hand wash from a dispenser by the sink. They have a nice nepaleese restaurant on the ground floor which I didn't try but it smelt good from outside and it was busy. There are several good pubs within walking distance including the Prince of Wales and the Kings arms. The breakfast was choice of cereals and juices and a basic fry. I was offered more. There was a large car park at the rear and always seemed to be spaces available. When leaving I got lazy and booked a mini cab through reception to Heathrow , it cost £18. I would stay here again

Thank you for summarising almost almost every key benefit of staying at Boston Manor Hotel! As you will have seen, it adds up to the same standards as much more expensive accommodation, especially the rare privilege of spacious free parking.
We do acknowledge that the en suites tend to be on the small side. This is because our guests overwhelmingly prefer to enjoy a spacious bedroom environment - which you kindly commented on yourself. We are flattered to hear that you would stay here again, and very much hope that you will do so.

Cheap but cheerful. New modern bathrooms and clean rooms. Basic but adequate full English breakfasts. Straight line walk to tube station and local shops. Plenty of parking out the back. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together and were very firm but comfortable.

A good short, punchy description of Boston Manor Hotel - and much appreciated, thank you. If you feel that our establishment does what it says on the tin, that speaks volumes, and it's as fine a testimonial as any.

found our 'cosy' room a bit small, but, although a bit dated it was quite clean. Had to move the bed away from the wall just enough to avoid climbing over the wife during the night! We were at the rear of the hotel, which was good as the main road was very busy. No noise at all from outsideand even more surprising no cooking smells from the kitchens , which also served the on site nepalese restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. White or brown bread offered, two eggs bacon sausage and beans. tea, coffee orange juice and cereals. a good start to the day. If you like a walk it is about 15 minutes to the tube station-Piccadilly line so straight into the city centre.Shower room needed an overhaul as the toilet seat fittings were loose, and there was an annoying grab hanle round the sink shelf which you head butt when you try to wash your face or clean your teehbut as a budget hotel it was adequate and therefore good value for money.

Room Tip: rooms overlooking the car park which is behinh hotel are quietest( No noise at all !) Front rooms ov...

It is excellent to hear that your stay was satisfactory in so many ways, notably the peace and quiet, and the absence of those kitchen odours that can so easily let down the tone.
The shower-room facilities are in the process of being refurbished, but in response to our guests' demands, they occupy a somewhat lower priority than bedroom furniture and fittings. Some rooms do feature bigger bathrooms, but of course you pay for the privilege. We are satisfied if most of our en suites meet your own description: 'adequate and therefore good value for money'.

Grim!! Spacious room with tiny bathroom. Bed linen clean but room grubby and dirty (cobwebs hanging from ceiling). Rooms need urgent refurbishment as tatty, old furniture. We arrived to find bags of dirty linen all along the narrow corridors, not ideal for first impressions or health and safety!! Breakfast was average. We did not get chance to eat in the Nepalese restaurant at the hotel so unable to comment on standard of food served there. Don't use the taxi firm that hotel recommend as you will get ripped off!!

Thank you for your comments about Boston Manor Hotel, and we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.
We aim to offer the best value for a hotel in our class within reach of Central London, and there will be some facilities that can't be provided within our budget-price.
With reference to the small bathroom, we have found that guests would generally prefer a spacious bedroom to a spacious bathroom, if they have to choose between the two. Some of our newer rooms are laid-out with bigger bathrooms, but naturally at a higher charge.
If we managed to leave a cobweb in your room, then I can only apologise. But we are often complimented on our general standard of cleanliness, and I wonder if you are mainly reacting to the condition of the furnishing and fitments. Some of these are admittedly ageing, but our refurbishment schedule is in active progress.
Linen-bags in the corridor are unfortunately an unavoidable feature of hotel life, and you will find the same thing in much more expensive outlets.
Finally, if you considered your cab-fare excessive, perhaps you could let us know the details, and we could take it up with the taxi-firm. We have used the same firm for some years, and our guests have always reported a good service.
I would respectfully suggest that any comparison with other hotels in the inner suburbs would still show Boston Manor Hotel favourably positioned against them.
With best regards,

my wife and i had a wonderful at the Boston Manor, the staff were very polite and accommodating. we ate almost every night at the hotel as their food was superior to the other restaurants we tried in the area. the rooms were clean and the whole experience had a homey feel about it. i will be going back to london again and we will stay exclusively at the Boston Manor Hotel. for the money it is by far the only place we would consider staying at.

we stayed at this very run down hotel for one night thank goodness it was one night
they state each room has an en-suite? the so called en-suite was a cupboard with a toilet and shower which was so dirty we didn't want to use it .The rooms badly need decorating and a good clean. Breakfast was a joke the toast was soggy and when we asked for some more coffee the waiter threw the pot onto our table it obviously was to much trouble. We could not wait to leave

Thank you for your comments about Boston Manor Hotel, which I have discussed with the management.
We make a point of providing a range of accommodation, with various different room-layouts, and if the ensuite was smaller than you would have wished, then of course we can only apologise.
As for the standard of hygiene, this is the first unfavourable comment I can remember ever receiving on this score, so it is hard to know how to react to this, except to say we're sorry if there was a rare oversight on this occasion.

Your experience of bad service at breakfast is also most untypical for us. We have interviewed the waiter involved, and he says he did not intend any disrespect when he brought the coffee-pot to your table. Breakfast times can be very busy, and our waiter may have been serving more than one table at the time. In order to ensure that there were delays in serving our other guests he may have been rushed in serving you. This was totally unintentional and we apologise if you were offended in anyway. We take guests comments very seriously and will be looking at ways where we can improve on this.
Yours faithfully

Stayed at this hotel for 2 days because we (me and my partner) were going to the Lady Gaga concert. Upon arrival (which was a little early) they prepared the room very quickly. The first room we was in was average size with a small bathroom and a huge bed. The room was nice which is all we needed as we was not going to be there much. At about 8:30 another guest somewhere below us was playing music very loud and they could not locate it so offered to move us to another room. This room was very small and the bed was so small we had to top and tail so we did not fall out. The hotel was very clean and tje staff was very helpful. I can not comment on the food as we never ate there. Beware the hotel is like a little maze we found ourselves going up stairs across a corridor down some stairs across another corridor and up more stairs till we came to our room which was on the 1st floor. I would reccomend this place if it was literally just used for somewhere to sleep and if you were going to be out alot. I would not return but thats just simply because i will not be going to the area again.

Thank you for reviewing Boston Manor Hotel on TripAdvisor.
Your favourable comments on cleanliness and friendly service are much appreciated. If you found our corridors to be somewhat maze-like, we would respectfully point out that this is not uncommon in older and smaller hotels.
Meanwhile I must apologise about the noise problem you experienced, and the need to find you an alternative room.
With our average occupancy rates above 90%, it is not always easy to replicate the original accommodation at short notice, and we make a point of providing a range of different accommodation to suit demand. I am sorry if your stay was not as comfortable as it might have been.
I am hoping that you might still agree with our claim to offer better value than most hotels in this convenient location.
With best regards,
