Stayed at this hotel for 2 days because we (me and my partner) were going to the Lady Gaga concert. Upon arrival (which was a little early) they prepared the room very quickly. The first room we was in was average size with a small bathroom and a huge bed. The room was nice which is all we needed as we was not going to be there much. At about 8:30 another guest somewhere below us was playing music very loud and they could not locate it so offered to move us to another room. This room was very small and the bed was so small we had to top and tail so we did not fall out. The hotel was very clean and tje staff was very helpful. I can not comment on the food as we never ate there. Beware the hotel is like a little maze we found ourselves going up stairs across a corridor down some stairs across another corridor and up more stairs till we came to our room which was on the 1st floor. I would reccomend this place if it was literally just used for somewhere to sleep and if you were going to be out alot. I would not return but thats just simply because i will not be going to the area again.

Thank you for reviewing Boston Manor Hotel on TripAdvisor.
Your favourable comments on cleanliness and friendly service are much appreciated. If you found our corridors to be somewhat maze-like, we would respectfully point out that this is not uncommon in older and smaller hotels.
Meanwhile I must apologise about the noise problem you experienced, and the need to find you an alternative room.
With our average occupancy rates above 90%, it is not always easy to replicate the original accommodation at short notice, and we make a point of providing a range of different accommodation to suit demand. I am sorry if your stay was not as comfortable as it might have been.
I am hoping that you might still agree with our claim to offer better value than most hotels in this convenient location.
With best regards,

Stayed here for 2 nights at Easter with husband and 2 children aged 7 and 3. Main photo on website is from back of hotel so struggled to find to start with as frontage is quite small and not the picture I had in my mind!. Great that there was free parking as we wanted to check in then catch tube into London, very busy little car park but got parked eventually.
20 minute walk to tube station with 2 kids but easy walk all the same, passed a Harvester down road that we gladly used on way back from tube station on 2nd day.
Room was ok, family room on top floor but we overlooked the main road which was noisy, had to open the windows due to overpowering smell of body odour! That soon disappeared, but even with windows closed soon became apparent hotel was on flight path from Heathrow which was pretty noisy too, soon got used to it though. Flight path changed for 2nd day of stay.
Beds were 2 singles either side of room and 2 singles pushed together to make a double which made for a massive bed loads of room in it but not so much around! Bed sheets were for a double which meant the blanket/quilt part on my side did not reach the edges by about a foot so that was a bit bizarre and rather chilly in the night!
If there is one thing that I would mention that I did'nt feel was acceptable from a health and safety point of view was the shelf that had the kettle on. Narrow shelf was high up (adult height) on wall but the socket for it was underneath and was'nt very secure in wall. The flex hung down - I did'nt report it as stressed to the children that they were'nt to go near it/touch it and felt they were of an age where they understood however if there was a younger child to stay in the room, feel its an accident waiting to happen, pulling the flex and scalded with boiling water. This really should be addressed.
We used the Nepalese restaurant on the first night, helpful staff and great food, very enjoyable, children kept occupied by planes flying over every 90 seconds that they could see from back window.
Breakfast was a little chaotic, staff worked hard but felt we were always asking for something that had run out e.g. cutlery, bowls, glasses for juice etc. Substantial meal to set us up for the day though.
All in all for the price we paid, we had a good stay and to be able to leave the car there and travel in was a big plus, don't go expecting luxury and you'll not go far wrong. Hope this was helpful.

Room Tip: I would try and ask for a room at rear of hotel if possible due to the road noise

Stayed at this hotel for a number of years, its very good location to get to clients. The Rooms vary in size but the rooms are clean and tidy, could improve the soap in the bathrooms. The staff are friendly and are always ready to help, they always get me a room at short notice. The hotel contains an Indian Restaurant which I have used in the past, which was very good. The transport links are excellent, for both bus and tube to get to Central London. Its a good budget hotel

Stayed here last summer for 1 night, 2 adults and 2 children. Fantastic value for money for a family of 4 but room very cramped with 1 double and 2 single beds, bathroom very small and all areas in desperate need of refurbishment. Free parking a bonus. Approx 15/20 minute walk to the tube.

Room Tip: Good value for money but rooms very 'tired'.

We arrived after midnight after a wedding in Ealing so this was just a place to crash and be on our way in the morning. Nothing to buy to eat or drink though and no late-opening shops nearby it seemed.

Room was nice and big, bed was comfy, and as it was at the back of the hotel there was no traffic noise. There was however a lot of clattering and loud talking from the kitchen directly below it seemed, which started at 7am and didn't let up for a couple of hours, blocking any chance of prolonging sleep. The bathroom also smelt strongly of Indian food so they need to sort their extraction fans out if possible.

Can't complain too much after the price we paid though. Fair to middling is fair enough.

Room Tip: Unless you're getting up early, avoid any rooms above the kitchen

We stayed in mid July. We had a very spacious triple room. room had clean simple bedlinen and very clean ensuite and plenty of towels supplied. Very convenient to boston Mamor tube station and on a bus route and also on tube line for Heathrow airport. All areas of hotel were spotless and a comfortable lobby with plenty of seating. Very good breakfast. the most noticable thing re hotel is the friendliness of the staff and the willingness to be helpful. Very pleasant and endeavoured to make stay most pleasant. Reasonable price at hotel. I would recommend hotel and will return again.

Room Tip: No lift so choose a ground or first floor room if mobility is a problem. staff on hand to help with...
