First time in this particular Ibis, though I have stayed in a number of others and the accommodation is just what one expects. The location is excellent for Greenwich, just a couple of minutes walk to the Cutty Sark, the Park, shops and the railway station. My room at the back overlooking the car park was very quiet.

There was one problem. The shower pod had a most disagreeable smell, as if the drains weren't working properly and I guessed there was stagnant dirty water somewhere, which would be a definite cleanliness problem. I reported it early in the morning and when I got back late evening it had not been fixed, although I think someone had sprayed a lot of air freshener around without resolving the problem. Furthermore, when I checked out the next day, I was not asked whether the problem had been fixed. Overall, I thought this was below the standard of service I usually get from this chain.

We normally stay at the Novotel beside Greenwich station which is up the road from the Ibis -but fully booked -so four nights at the Ibis.No complaints -the room though smallish was well furnished in a Scandi manner, excellent bed as we slept like logs and the bathroom works perfectly. It is the budget brand of the Accor Group but gives excellent value in a great location for the sights of Greenwich while the DLR is a short walk away. Staff are service minded, car parking available at 12 pounds per day while WiFi is free and works OK. Breakfast at the Cafe Rouge is acceptable. A good package for visitors to London.

Just had two nights here. Room was spacious and spotless. Modern and simple. Wood flooring so no dirt or dust to accumulate. Bed was simply amazing. Bathroom was spot on - walk in power shower with oodles of hot water. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Built in flat screen television too. Free Wifi. £12 per day for parking ? Not an issue at all. Have you tried to park in London recently ? Greenwich is lovely, a little noisy at night, but the windows were great at blocking out the noise. DLR easy walking distance. Will hope to return

We had a very pleasant 2 days stay. Room was very comfortable & quiet. Parking was fine and the location was ideal, just a short walk from Cutty Sark Docklands station and an even shorter walk to the Park. Would firmly recommend.

Good value rooms, although £12 per day car park sticks in throat.

Front of desk friendly and helpful. Bathroom dated but all in, can't complain for price paid.

Underneath bed had previous occupants plastic cup left, so marked down on cleanleness

Dear Rog, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback following your recent stay at Ibis London Greenwich. I am very pleased to read that the staff looked after you during your stay with us however I have also taken note of your comments about the cleanliness for follow up. The parking fee for residents of ibis is very competitive with that of other hotels and public parking in the area. Once again, thank you and we look forward to welcome you back in the near future. Kindest regards, Carina Meijide
