“Great tapas bar”
Reviewed June 26, 2013

A londr but younger brother of Moro, Morito is typically a tapas place, with a lot of traditional tapas but also a fair choice of specials, making it an excellent choice for a short lunch/diner at even better value for money that Moro across the wall.... Do not miss their chapels salad, absolutely delicious

“Truly excellent food”
Reviewed May 27, 2013

The food at Morito is always inspiring - Moorish-Mediterranean, fresh ingredients, interesting spices. Portions are small and delicious, the menu varies regularly, and it presents really imaginative taste combinations. It's cramped and a bit uncomfortable, especially on weekday lunchtimes, and not cheap (lunch comes to about £12-16 a head, so it's not an everyday alternative to Pret - not for us, at least!) But a nice treat. Don't expect to come in and have a business meeting, or bring a buggy or a suitcase - it's too packed and too busy.

“Good food but awful service”
Reviewed May 9, 2013

The food here is good, particularly the baby squid, lamb chops, mini kebab and chickpea salad. However, the service, with a big shout out to the hostess, is awful. Slow, rude and unresponsive. A real let down for what would otherwise be a very good local place. Try Moro next door where the service matches the excellent food.

“Great food. Shabby service.”
Reviewed May 2, 2013

Morito serves amazing food in a small cafe-sized premises next to the original Moro. The menu is really imaginative and the food lands quickly. The waiting staff are a real let down. They all seem to want to be somewhere else or think that saying hello is beneath them. A hopeless barman took 20minutes to serve the wrong drinks - when the place wasn't even a third full. With decent service, it would be an easy 5 stars.

“Great little place!”
Reviewed April 30, 2013

good chance it will be full when you get here, but if it's not - then you are in for a treat.
The atmosphere is lovely, small and cosy, not too loud and no one is in your face.
The food is lovely most of the time, I do wish they will offer more option for vegetarians and not the same few over and over again, although always pretty good ones (that's why i gave it 4 stars only).
Prices are pretty reasonable, service was excellent.
Will come back as I always am.
