Loved the store - everything and anything you could possibly want is here. But were mightily disappointed in the restaurant/cafe on the top floor. It was a most depressing place, with the furniture and decoration feeling very tired and unloved. The food was poor - our choice which looked appetising in the photo at the bar was basically a runny sauce on a small side plate together with a warmed roll and the service was non-existent - we had to wait some time to attract the attention of the server and no-one was manning the till when we got there. Would not return - would even rather eat in McDonalds!!! Could learn a thing or two from the cafe in the National Gallery - different experience althogether.
