“The Light Princess - superb!”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

The singing of the actors, the way how they invented the image of the floating princess is really unspeakable! And the mouse in the performance seemed to be alive! I really enjoyed it!

“Amateurish”
Reviewed December 12, 2013

Were the set to fall down, the lighting to fuse or the sound system fail, I think most theater goers would feel justified in demanding a refund. How about poor acting? I have seen children act at the NT in many productions: all excellent. Alas, the standard achieved at a Wednesday matinee never rose above school production level. The resulting lack of pace and embarrassing pauses seemed to unseat the adult actors as well. What was the director thinking? Very disappointing.

“Best in London”
Reviewed December 9, 2013

Fabulous building, even if you do not like the architecture. Extensive on site car parking. Good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants . Three very different theatres offering a wide variety of plays. Whats not to like.

“Always Wonderful!!!”
Reviewed December 8, 2013

My experience has always been wonderful visitng the National Theatre in Southbank. Place, where you can meet with same minded people, and mostly to enjoy the most wonderful plays, (with the best cast and the most creative productions). One of the best places in London!!!! Definitely recommend to everyone visiting London to spare a night or afternoon for the National Theatre.
