Noise from birds on the roof and outside the window. The shower was also really bad because of the temperature and the rail. The keycard were closing several times. The service in the reception was good

We j re what we were booking when we booked, we wanted cheap, decent place, good commute into London and free parking and we got it all, yeah it's not the Hilton but what would you expect for the price, good for a sleeping base, although there is no air con so bring your own fan, breakfast is toast cornflakes and a coffee.

Lobby & outside looks old. But room was very spacious & clean. Bathroom looks newly refurbished. Breakfast included was only for toast & cereal so didn't bother eating on our 2nd day. Still a good value

Well at least we laughed a lot, have to start with the breakfast or should I say the lack of it, barely toasted toast a bowl of cerial and a cup of something hot, you can if you know order a cooked breakfast but from what I noticed on the table behind us I would not bother. The orange drink looked weak and watery, notice I didn't use the word "juice". Don't rush Down for the breakfast spend some more time in bed an have breakfast locally.
The rooms are basic we booked 2 rooms and were lucky to have rooms opposite each other, ours was a big 4 bedded room for 2 it was clean and the beds comfortable only issue is only 1 pillow per bed so we were ok and used the 2 from the unused beds bathroom was clean and fresh looking plenty of hot water, tea and coffee making facilities were in e room and that's a nice touch. We paid £75.00 per room for 5 so we did got what we paid for.
The hotel does have a bar area and happy hour is good if you are a beer or lager drinker at only £2.00 per pint, the decor is terrible seat covers are full of stains, it's very cramped looking, this shoud be an asset to the hotel but it lets it down it looks dirty and the seats are, staff are ok nothing special but not rude. If you need a place to stay for one night in south east London then it's do-able (Just)

This is all I could find.

I had a dungeon room, 3 stoeys underground. Good exercise, I suppose.

The room was clean, the shower worked.

Otherwise, I hope I never have to stay there again

I supppose you get what you pay for.
