This hotel is in a good loction it's one straight road all down hill to gypsy hill station which take 20 mins to get to London Victoria,
Hotel rooms are big and cleaned everyday, only down fall is there's no wardrobe or any space to hang your clothes,
Worse part of this hotel is the customer service, very poor, the girl on the check in desk did not say anything apart from sign here and your room is down there u will find it, yes I get the point they have very poor English but to make an effort to try speak it even a how are you today would have helped,
Breakfast is not the best, if u pay £5 u can get a full English, otherwise it's coco pops or toast,
We had a great time just the staff really need to be trained on customer service as its a huge part for a customers experience,
But maybe thats not it the price as we only paid £30 a night for a double room

We booked up to stay for two nights while we were in London. We didnt expect it to be a palace and although it wasn't, it wasn't that bad either....
We checked in and were given our room card so off we went, up two floors (by lift) and into the room. First impressions not too bad. The room did smell of cigarettes, it has had a cheap rewire, carpet was clean, beds were comfy and although the room was small it wasn't bad at all.... The hot water took an age to get through, I left the hot tap on the sink running untill it came hot, then eventually got the shower warm-ish..... The heating worked when I turned the radiator on, unfortunately I left it on while we went out and the room was like an oven when we got back, too hot to sleep !!!
Breakfast is a let down, toast, cereal and a drink in a freezing cold room, the tables had thick plastic sheets over them, and the chairs had dirty covers on them. we only ate breakfast once.............
The hotel is cheap, so don't expect the Ritz. There were plenty of people staying at the hotel, some I would guess are long term as its probably cheaper than a hostel, most of the people were rude !!!

Room Tip: Lucky dip I think, their in the process of refurbing the rooms allegedly......

after reading reviews on this hotel i nearly didnt book it, but im pleased we did. people really need to think about getting what you pay for, if you want a grand room, amazing views and massive full cooked breakfast then this isnt the place for you go somewhere else and pay the price. if you are looking for a warm clean room with free car parking and easy commutes into london at a very reasonable price then this is perfect. the breakfast is cereal, toast and tea or coffee which i think is good enough for what you pay. would defiantly stay again .

Room Tip: the family room we stayed in 18 was massive

This hotel is a good stay for the hole family. We stayed here with our kids and had a good vacation. The transportion with busses and trains is nearby and easy to get to london central. In the rooms you've got a waterboiler so you can also enjoy a cup of thee in your room!
